AC in the wooden themed never worked at night, no sleep in the first day of my vacation whatsoever. Extremely frequent power cuts which i’m not expecting in my anticipated weekend. Water bottles when asked for “chilled” were told that they don’t have it. Washroom wasn’t even cleaned before we got there.

Comfortable and cosy at palolem beach. Staffs were helpful, only thing to work on the mosquitos and the backwater at the entry street.
