unprofessional Behaviour

I had booked The Hosteller, Candolim for my stay. Upon arrival, I politely requested the night shift manager,for a lower bed due to a medical condition. However, he refused, saying there was no availability. Despite explaining my health issue, he ignored my request, avoided eye contact, and instructed another staff member to show me the allotted bed. When I went to the assigned bed, I found the reading light was damaged. Only after that did they cancel the earlier allotment and provide a lower bed — which clearly shows that one was available all along.s attitude was unprofessional, showing no empathy or willingness to help. Very disappointing experience, especially from a reputed property like The Hosteller.

First of all the property is amazing 😍 the hostel is nearby to all the locations around Candolim(all beaches). The welcome desk is very cooperative and friendly, the rooms are very clean, hygiene maintained up to the mark. The staff are very helpful and provide all the essentials instantly. The best thing about The Hosteller Backpacker is it's "The Explore Glu" website, it helps us with all the information, may it be a requested for a hair dryer or ironing table. Thank you The Hosteller for an amazing 😻 stay.

The hosteler is a true gem! From the moment I hv arrived, I was blown away by the stunning atmosphere here in mixed category room.. The staff was very and humble and decent.. The atmosphere and comfortable amenities made me feel right at home. Staff was excellent - responsive, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. The space was immaculately clean, and the decor was tasteful and modern. I would highly recommend Hosteler property to anyone looking for a comfortable and full of positive vibe place to stay. Hosteller goa has the worst bed, i got a sever back pain because of that. Also the top bed has very bad access to climb on.
