The location of the hotel is awesome and one can view best sunrise and sunset from the hotel. Apart from the location, I must say that this hotel is pathetic in winter. In 0 degree temperature, the heating arrangement maintained by the hotel is pathetic. You cannot feel warm in the room. The room are no doubt spacious but the hotel authority is ignorant about the comfort of its guest in such extreme cold. In addition, most of the staff are not at all trained. We have ordered plain and spice less food for children, everytime they served spicy food. Though the manager is very good, but with the poor quality staff, he also felt helpless. I do not recommend this hotel in winter.
