groupTrip was very disappointing as property was poorly maintained specifically bed sheets towels and washroom with hot water comes after keeping the tab open for 5 minutes. Very disappointing tour i won’t recommend this property to any one.

Amazing stay

It’s a good place to stay, nice view and spacious rooms. The only thing i didn’t like was the reach to the hotel. You get confused and there are no proper roads marked for reaching this. I spent nearly 1. 5 hours to just reach this place

It's quite far away from mall road. It's located on picture palace side not on library bazar side. So make sure you enter the right direction while traveling. It's good if you are visiting with friends but not a couple or family hotel.

I never stayed in such a bad hotel in my life. Food quality very bad. Very limited food option available. Service worse. Hot water not come all time. For every problem, they have excuse. They do not have room heater. Not have extra blanket. Not easily accessible through car. Please avoid this hotel. They spoiled my anniversary. It's just a budget hotel or below that category.

Bad hotel in winter

The location of the hotel is awesome and one can view best sunrise and sunset from the hotel. Apart from the location, I must say that this hotel is pathetic in winter. In 0 degree temperature, the heating arrangement maintained by the hotel is pathetic. You cannot feel warm in the room. The room are no doubt spacious but the hotel authority is ignorant about the comfort of its guest in such extreme cold. In addition, most of the staff are not at all trained. We have ordered plain and spice less food for children, everytime they served spicy food. Though the manager is very good, but with the poor quality staff, he also felt helpless. I do not recommend this hotel in winter.

Not suggested in winter

Pros: location of the hotel is outstanding. The sunrise and sunset from the hotel is awesome. One can spend time by watching sea of clouds from the hotel or the room. The behaviour of the manager is also very good. He is always ready to help. Cons: Though the behaviour of the manager and other staffs are good, most of the staffs do not have even basic training. We are group of 10 people including children and senior citizen. Whatever you order for them, they will make as per their own recipe. The order taking people even do not understand what orders we are giving and most of the time, the re-order takes place. Another biggest drawback of the hotel is the room heating arrangement. In a zero degree temperature, the heating arrangement in really big room is pathetic. All the people suffered a lot for the same. I believe that the hotel authority is ignorant about the comfort of the guest in a chilling weather. I do not suggest any people to go to this hotel in winter.
