Review Of Lago Leisure Resort

Lago Leisure Resort is truly one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and the staff ensures regular maintenance to keep it that way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The resort’s ambience is simply beautiful — especially the serene lake view, which makes for a perfect setting to enjoy tea time with family and friends. The breakfast is also delightful, made even better with the scenic lake view. Another great aspect is that the entire property is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient and comfortable for elderly guests as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely plan my next trip here soon!

The room which other wise will not be more than 5-6 k called the MMT partner and he said he will take it up with hotel they said they will take me to another room which the call suite which is even smaller than the room I booked and not sufficient for three people and finally I decided to just get myself accommodates at same place

It was really good but with the facilities the cost is a bit on the higher side since we don't have a direct view to the beach side. But overall it is really a good stay.

The resort offers a comfortable stay with family in cherai. It is enjoyable for kids too. The room is clean and good. The design n structure of the property is fine. The restaurant n pool are small, but the play area is good. Food offered is good. Facilities n service are ok. The location is good but seems that a bit away from the main beach.

Reasonable stay. The food is good. The pool is small. Deluxe rooms are better than Villas. Villas sitout has no view. Overall, a good experience

Stay was very pleasant.. staff was very kind and friendly.. Room was maintained very clean.. Swimming pool is quiet smaller.. definitely a go to place for a family staycation

All is good but food was not good, staff behavior was good, proper t well maintain n wifi speed very slow.

We stayed here for two nights. In hindsight, we would have liked to stay longer. The rooms are nice and modern, the pool is small but we always had the pool to ourselves. Unfortunately, there are three negative points. Firstly, several dishes from the menu were not available at dinner two days in a row. Even when i asked for them at lunchtime on the second day, no mushrooms could be found until the evening. One point for which the resort could only do something to a limited extent was the family next to us on the second evening. 6 children and four adults obviously need their space and have a certain volume, the behavior of this family towards other guests and the hotel staff was impossible and made the meal almost impossible to enjoy. It would have been better of the staff to offer another room or room service for us. The third point was the massage. My girlfriend and i had booked a massage at the same time. While mine was okay, my girlfriend had a not so nice experience. Her masseuse couldn't speak english, was clearly too rough and due to the lack of language my girlfriend couldn't say anything either, she tried anyway. The facial left her with a rash that is still lingering. Maybe that was the reason why the massage was not 2 hours like booked, instead it was just 1 h and 20 mins. It's all a shame because the resort itself is really good, especially the extremely good service. No matter what request we had, the receptionist was always able to help us. Many thanks again at this point. Without the three points we would have received an exceptionally good rating, but unfortunately these points overshadowed almost the entire stay.

location was good as it was near cherai beach and market was 4 kms away. Food quality was good and service was execellent.

Staff is very attentive. They packed breakfast for us since we had an early morning flight. Food is amazing.

Our recent stay at Lago Leisure Resorts, Cherai, was a very pleasant and memorable experience. We were looking for a short beach getaway holiday, and we found Lago an ideal place to relax and explore the surrounding places, particularly the beach and backwater areas, both of which are in very close proximity to the resort. The front desk and managerial staff are courteous, considerate and efficient. The in-house chefs gave us a delightful culinary experience, with Kerala specialities like Malabar fish curry, grilled Kalanji, parotta and chicken curry combination, fluffy appams and a host of other delicacies. The rooms are comfortable - we were impressed with the care taken in the overall maintenance standards. We highly recommend Lago Leisure for a comfortable and memorable beach holiday experience.

Stay was average. They were prompt in asking for food needs in advance. Ambiance and the atmosphere were good. Room was smaller in size and some toiletries were missing and served after request. We requested for drinking water which they didn’t send and it was 10pm only. Swimming pool was too small. For the asking price it’s average and food is average

Location is near to beach. Our room ac wasn’t working after sometime we checked in. However they immediately changed our room. Food and ambience is nice.
