Poor Stay
Property is fine, but they have not maintained it. Most of the corners are not clean. Most of the dishes they are not cooking, not have room service option even for tea.

Average Stay
The property was not exactly . The room was not having proper ventilation only 2 small windows whose glasses you cannot open as mosquitoes will enter. Road is so congested that it will get blocked most of the time. View from room is really bad and we stayed for two days the housekeeping didn’t even refill or restocked the toiletries. Overall in this price you can get better property elsewhere

Poor Stay
Not worth it . Not good facility Ever water bottle they charge 75 rs . Which is actually 20rs . And not having any other facilities.

family stay in koch
hotel is very close the key attractions and that is the biggest plus. Rooms are spacious and staff very corteous. Food was average with limited options. However the location of the hotel is not too great.

Terrible Stay
Well the experience was really bad, they don’t have the basic amenities, like food they have no option. They mention it’s a 4 star the rooms have spider web

very nice hotel with a lot of character. good location and value for money . Only issue is it's in Merchant street which gets crowded with vehicles and vendors . Good customer service and a decent breakfast

The Beautiful outique
This place has my heart. A must stay for couples or family. This Boutique is an antique place. A waterfront with a swimming pool is a bliss.

its all about the view and thats about it nothing else.
coupleStayed in the suite, the view is majestic. Can be in the room for the entire day and mot get bored. There is a balcony but the mosquitoes are a BIG pain in the ass in the entire hotel. The lobby has extra beddings which makes the experience a bit shabby, paying a premium amount for that is disappointing. The location again is not good. Its a riverfront but that is all. You cant sit at the riverfront cause of the mosquitoes. Food is bleh.

very bad experience 😕
familyAll together the stay felt terrible.. actually we booked for two days .. forced to move to another one the next day itself... there was no parking facility at all .. and the road was very congested in front of the resort with lots of traffic conjunctions, the pool was just for the name sake as its not at all maintained. food was very below average and each time the delay was unacceptable, Room was not at all healthy and even the toilet was not working properly.. all together had an horrible stay...

Blooming stay.
businessI stayed in bloom boutique, fort kochi for the second time from october 10 and 11. Pleasant, quaint and quiet place in the busy matancherry area. Excellent staff and food (not a big variety but local cuisine well prepared) big thanks to the chef's ajith bhaskaran, arun kishore and abhijit sr who always serve with a smile. I really relished the kadala curry with putt and apam.

Average Stay
I couldn't sleep till 1 pm as there was voice disturbance from the next room. I had to raise a complaint with the front office. The rooms are not sound proof

Good to stay in heritage building with out good food
Property maintenance is very good, but there's no car parking, regular restaurant, have to inform one day before for breakfast, no liquor allowed, but who likes to stay in very old (200 years) heritage location can plan, have to go for long way get out side restaurant, no food menu is available in room to understand the type food can be served on request.

Good Stay
Good location and ambience of the hotel. It has a really good view of the lake as well. The food options, however, are terrible. lack of variety as well as taste.
