just the perfect stay!
The location is amazing. The property is clean and very well maintained. But the best part is the hospitality. The staff at this property is just one of the best I’ve seen and it was a treat to stay here. Also, the restaurant is really good. The breakfast spread is amazing. Loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Best stay.
First time experience with CGH group. Lovely experience indeed. Close to Fort Kochi beach. Courteous helpful staff. Rooms are spacious. The best dish we had here is the tender coconut baked cheesecake and of course the filter coffee. Just loved everything about this place. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay. Excellent location
Good location. Cleanliness and hygiene maintained. Quality food but limited options. The swimming pool is not suitable for smaller kids. The private size terrace that we thought we were getting turned out to be a medium sized balcony. The beach is within walking distance. Quite a few decent restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Poor Stay
Rooms were average, nothing great, only usp was very close to beach, dinner was pathetic. Very few options in indian dishes. Mostly dishes were foreign centric with less or no taste.

Excellent Stay
An excellent boutique hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and princess street. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with a balcony. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of items to choose from the menu.

A great property and great service
The property is designed very well, great rooms and very comfortable. We had a great stay. The location is perfect, away from the hustle. The staff is extremely polite and super helpful. We loved every bit of our stay here.

Stay worth more than i paid for
Pictures and the reviews donot do justice to this amazing property in fort kochi. It is managed by one of the greatest teams which would compete with any of the legendary hotels in india. Right from mu check in to the my check out it was orchestrated to maximise my comfort to the fullest. This is the places that would resonate with you for a long time if you manage to stay here.

The location, food, amenities and services are all excellent. I experienced the best hospitality ever, with every staff member welcoming and greetings me with a smile. They even extended my checkout time by 2 hours on request. Food at their restaurant is great. All staff members are very attentive.

familyWas pleasantly surprised when i got a call from the hotel, a week in advance checking if it was a regular visit or for any special occasion. It was our marriage anniversary and they indeed made our day special. The gm of the property, mr. Manoj and all the rest of the wonderful staff assembled in their restaurant during the breakfast and surprised us with a flower bouquet and a wonderful cake. Coming to the stay, rooms were well maintained, stocked with adequate supplies and we were offered a pool facing room. Swimming pool was temperature controlled and our daughter enjoyed spending time in the pool. The staff is well trained and mannered. The chef did an incredible job with the steak and pork ribs that we ordered for dinner. One in continental and other with dash of portuguese touch. Breakfast buffet was adequate with a lot of options delivered to you hot. Was disappointed in not finding cold cut meats but turned out they accompanied eggs to order. In all i would greatly recommend this property for their impeccable staff, well maintained rooms, temperature controlled swimming pool, continental/local cuisine available in the restaurant and most importantly the focus that they give for customer experience!

groupOur stay there was great… amazing hospitality, great location and superb food! The staff is super courteous and goes an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Got to eat Authentic Kerala food there and their juices were beyond amazing.. Our personal favourite there has been the grape juice, never knew it could taste so amazing and so fresh… that was the show stealer for us❤️
