I had a wonderful experience at NM Royale. The room was very clean and well-maintained. All the essentials like soap, towel, toothbrush, comb, shaving set, shower cap, napkin, drinking water, tea and coffee powder were available. The rate was quite affordable and the staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant was hygienic and served good food. Security was also excellent. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend NM Royale to others.

The property is great, with good food and location. But the facilities and staff behaviour could be better. The front office staff is completely useless. Even though we paid extra for an extra bed, they didn’t provide one. And they’re asking us to pay extra for the same thing! The lift is also in poor working condition, and the lights and switchboards in our rooms are completely out of order. This is a highly rated property, so I’m disappointed with the service.

best place for a peaceful stay

It was a pleasent stay. They have a great hospitality. Neat and clean spacious room. Food was good and tasty. Food was bit overpriced but ok with the three star standards. Hope we will visit again soon.

Value for the money. Our stay was only for 3 hours. Food was OK. We did not take breakfast package. We choose Alacarte.
