Poor Stay
Ive stayed here more than once. I was served the worst juice I've had in my life. How hard it is to make a decent watermelon juice? My 10 year daughter can do better. Simply unacceptable when you charge north of 200 Rs per glass.

Good stay
The hotel is located quite close to the airport but may not be walkable. they have airport transfer which is very helpful. Overall the stay was very good. The rooms are big and clean. staff is very friendly ans helpful. The restuarant also has good options and tasty food. I tried the kerala based cuisine and it was excellent. The curry was finger licking good. I asked to make it less spicy and they made it freshly. The only negative for me was the trucks in the next compound which beep many times in the night and that kept waking me.

Poor Stay
The billing desk denied to put a paid stamp on the bill provided. They claimed that has not paid them money yet. This is pathetic, as I had paid the entire amount in prepaid mode.

Average Stay
Had a wonderful stay. Staff was kind and friendly. Restaurant, specially breakfast menu was amazing. However, I for a small stain on bed sheet which was unfair. Otherwise the stay was good

Excellent Stay
Great place near the cochin airport, very clean rooms, courtesy is very good, free airport drop Only problem is kitchen closes by 10.30 pm and breakfast is only by 7.30am. So if ur leaving early or check in late, u will have to go out for food

Even after paying 6000 rupees for single room they have charged 1400 rupees for breakfast. Room was good but prices are very high

Would rate between Average & Good
Property is location bang outside airport so location is convenient. Room decor, spacing & layouts are good. Breakfast spread is worth it. Issues faced not sure if these were specific to the room or overall - 1. Constant Damp flooring making the floor slippery 2. Bathroom tap was constantly leaking 3. Lift also had some water leakage inside from the cooler/Fan inside the lift
