As such it was pleasant at best. Had issues with the ac which was on but was not cooling enough. Otherwise the staff and service was commendable

rooms were good. But room service was not properly cordinated. Connecting to the room service desk was difficult via intercom. No proper communication from the recieving end. Language was a problem. Natives were not attending the call. Food was okay. Loud music and sound disturbance from upper floor at night. Mosquito in rooms present.

Horrible beds, bad bed sheets and bed cover, check in was very delayed. They have to something about mattress and bed sheets it’s very old and needs replacements

Good location. Near railway station, metro station and airport. Variety of good food. Clean and nice service.

Never opt for a family. Building and design are ok. But it is operated by unprofessional migrant labourers. They dont know basic behavior. U can see migrant labourers wandering through the property. Only feeling to guest is unsafety. They switch off all the lights in common area and lobby after 10pm! break fast was included for rs. 6500. Breakfast was bread, omlet and tea. Horrible experience
