Didn’t likes the cleanness of the room .. that was really bad.. especially the toilets

Terrible service Worst breakfast ever cold food no bread in breakfast

The customer service is no good. I booked room from 9am to 5pm . But I reached at 12:30 pm . But they didn’t give me room. They said I need to wait for 15 minutes. Not in first I waited for 5 minutes and I asked them on that time they saying I need to wait. Also there conversation is not good. There talking is very bad. Like they commenting us to wait. I asked to contact the manager on that time they said there is no manager in the hotel today.

Good hotel with good amenities and services. Clean rooms and toilets, centrally located near to malls.

The room were okay. The location is good...it's close to the metro station...there was no much amenities....hotels with lower cost has more amenities than here...there wasn't even a hair dryer here. The breakfast was okay...not much options though

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Ginger Hotel, Kalamassery, and I’m pleased to share a detailed review of my experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would recommend it for both business and short leisure trips

The location is good from commuting within city for business purpose. The room design and decor was nice. Food had limited choice but it's good.

poor Bed (spring action very poor)and power supply cutting frequently. can't sleep at night. Breakfast is also not good.
