It was very nice and tidy, staff was good and cooperative, food was also good, the only thing was there was no slippers for the bathroom

Stayed for 2 days with family...Excellent location and very Convenient and near to Aluva Railway station. New property, Rooms are very spacious and spot clean with required amenities. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and good. Very Supportive staff. Lots of top rated eateries around the property....Overall recommended for all types of travelers especially families.

Good Experience and very friendly staff

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. We booked online, but upon arrival, we were given a room with separate beds, which was not what we expected. We wanted a front view, but they didn't give that room. Additionally, we were surprised to find that even basic amenities like drinking water were not provided without an extra charge. This does not align with the standard of service we anticipated. Moreover, we chose not to dine at the hotel restaurant due to an unpleasant smell that made the environment uninviting. As a result, we had to order food from outside during our stay. We stayed for only one night, but these issues significantly affected our overall experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving these aspects for future guests.

Very good place to stay really more convenient for Airport travellers staff are really polite food was awesome.

Positives: Neat and well-maintained rooms. In-room dining facility available. Hotel conveniently located on the 1st floor. Hot and cold water available 24/7. Beverages provided in the room (chargeable if consumed). Staff is polite and helpful. Peaceful and comfortable stay experience. Good cleanliness and hygiene maintained in common areas. Value for money compared to nearby options. Negatives: WiFi is available but with very poor range, practically unusable. Bathroom door cannot be locked properly.

Park Residency Arcadia rooms are good and well maintained. The location is fine and scenic. The reception staffs and house keeping staffs were really good and caring. I stayed with family and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel has good parking space.

They say breakfast is included and an alacart menu was give stating the number of guest is less.And food served was terrible..only option available was idli and Chana battura..and they gave battura in pieces that too cold..and also the WiFi wa not working properly
