I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. We booked online, but upon arrival, we were given a room with separate beds, which was not what we expected. We wanted a front view, but they didn't give that room.
Additionally, we were surprised to find that even basic amenities like drinking water were not provided without an extra charge. This does not align with the standard of service we anticipated.
Moreover, we chose not to dine at the hotel restaurant due to an unpleasant smell that made the environment uninviting. As a result, we had to order food from outside during our stay.
We stayed for only one night, but these issues significantly affected our overall experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving these aspects for future guests.
