air conditioning was so bad, I couldn't sleep at night, I had suffocation due to this, though the support staff has come to help but no definite improvement in the air conditioning

Good place to stay with family and friends
Stayed with family...very nice neat and clean ..Breakfast is excellent...Location is near by restaurants..malls.. enjoyed Spa facility..North Railway station is few steps away and airport 30mins... Overall 5 star rating ....

No happy
Poor staff management of restaurant for complimentary breakfast. No welcome drink even on the day of Diwali No crackers place for my daughter No staff for the baggage to pick up or dump in car Billing management is poor. Do not suggest this type of hotel to me in future

Comfortable stay and friendly staff
Nice room and comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food from Upper Berth Rooftop Bar was so good. 10/10 service! Such a safe place for family, couples, and even solo travelers!

Good Stay
Nice place, spacious and clean. The environment was hygienic and well-maintained. We didn’t try the food, but overall the parking area and other facilities were good

Poor Stay
The room was decent. However the staff and room service was atrocious and unacceptable. The restaurant took ages to serve a simple dish ordered and reminded thrice. The hotel’s staff looked unprofessional and very cheap.

“Comfort, Convenience & a Great Breakfast
Had a great stay at Coral Reef (Ernakulam). The location is perfect, right near the railway station and easy to get around the city. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well kept – really one of the better properties in this area. Breakfast had a good spread with both local and continental options. Overall, a comfortable stay and definitely a hotel I’d recommend in Ernakulam.

Good Stay
located just opposite the train station so useful for people who have trains travel. Rooms were good,,, better than I expected. They had live music at the rooftop restaurant. the breakfast was okay. Overall value for money.

stay is close to ernakulam town. rooms are neat and clean. breakfast is good. only thing is the indifferent attitude of staff. none of them are friendly and you begin to feel unwelcome.

“Excellent stay — the suite was spacious, well equipped, and the staff were very professional. The location is very convenient, close to the town and railway station, which made travel easy. The only area that could be improved is the complimentary breakfast, but apart from that, everything was beyond perfect. Highly recommended for both official and personal visits.”

Premium stay at the centre ofernakulam town
Located in Ernakulam north, premium hotel with easy access to all travel options (railway,metro,water metro).. As always, Their food is top notch.. Clean rooftop pool, Friendly and welcoming staffs.. Needs a little improvement in washroom cleanliness.. Earlier there was nice and clean play area for children inside the restaurant.. Suggestion: Consider developing the play area- playing mats,toys etc Already done
