perfect stay friendly staff good food

Stay and food was indeed nice, only inroom service was a little slack and refills for beverages was stingy.

Property is super friendly .Bathroom are just okay .Rooms are nice and neat

Prime location is the only advantage. It is just an average property, though it is mentioned that is a 4 Star property. Housekeeping and Room service is available only in limited hours in the day. Complimentary breakfast is just another average with very limited options of South Indian food. But no major complaint against the Hotel, but for the cost and 4 Star category, it is not worth it.

It was a good stay, their service was good and very friendly staff.. i loved the attitude of front desk and the housekeeping.. overall a pleasant stay

Location is super as it is just opp Mobility hub. Hotel staff both front as well room service was so friendly as well homely. All facilities were available as per their 4 star ratings

The stay was good..neat clean rooms.. The breakfast spread was little but good.. Location wise it is the best 1 min walk to Vyttila Hub, 2 min walk towards water metro station and 3 min walk to metro station,6 - 7 min towards Masjeet.. Lots of food joints nearby.. Altogether good stay

Stay was good. Nice ambience and food was also great.

Nothing out of the ordinary, the front desk was efficient. The property is dated and had maintenance issues, the rooms need repainting, with the walls defaced after years of usage cleanliness was not upto the mark, the shower cubicle was grimy. This design is a dirt magnet, better the management replaces it with something which is easier to be cleaned.

The staffs were very helpful and the ambience of the hotel was superb.

stay is almost good. comfortable, calm and quiet property.. one thing to say.. they have mentioned mini-bar in their amenities but they haven’t provided in any of the rooms! its little bit disappointment!.. service and other amenities are good!

Average hotel priced at high and not so great breakfast. The wash room is not in good shape. Doors are not in good condition

stay was good.. well mannered staff.. room was clean… checkin and checkout procedure was so fast.. nd one thing.. lack of mini fridge disappointed..
