Very Good stay, with excellent service. Close to railway station and got an upgrade. Only improvement required is in vegetarian food.

no food available after 10pm..Hot water unavailable for bath in the morning..Makemytrip.did not offer.a hotel.close to the aluva railway station. you should provide a hotel.within.walking.distance

Very polite staff and good property. A extra addon should be added in the suite like the iron machine, slippers etc to facilitate guest.

The experience was excellent. Rooms were beautifully arranged and very clean. Staff were warm, polite and extremely helpful. Location is convenient as well. Would love to repeat the experience.

There was cockroaches inside room. Toiletries were not provided have to make many calls to get it. Mini bars were empty and when asked told us to fill the fridge. Bedsheets were not clean and was so dirty.

This is a well-maintained property in the town of aluva. The stay was comfortable, and the check in at the late hour of 11. 30 pm was completely smooth and hassle free. The room was spacious and well kept. The breakfast buffet was simple and delicious. This is an ideal and affordable place for those visiting aluva or on an overnight transit stay in the travel to the kochi airport.

It was a very comfortable stay. Neat rooms. However, tv was not functional. Wifi also did not work. Reasonable food. If you are looking for a good stay, this place is preferable. Please don't expect any service.

Overall good experience. Not provided king size bed. Given 2 bed combined together makes uncomfortable for me. Service was good and nice behaviour.

It was really beautiful and pleasant stay even though we were new to Kerala the hotel was identified by the taxi people and was very near to railway station
