Nice, clean and cozy room. The property is located in a central locale and the service staff were very helpful. We requested for a late check out and they were accommodative of it. Great spot for short stays in Fort Kochi

Clean and very calm place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Tasteful breakfast and nicely located with many places to visit locally.

This is a heritage style property located in the heart of Mattancherry, a stone’s throw from Sri Vittoba Temple and TD Temple. The local bazar on Gujarati Road is close by. We chose the 300 sq. ft. room. It was well appointed with lovely wooden furniture and excellent bathroom fittings. Staff was courteous. Breakfast included local fare and was tasty and served on time.

It’s a nice and quaint hotel. Staffs were polite and helpful. Thanks to them, we reached just in time to visit Paradesi Synagogue. Else, we would have missed it. Our in-room food experience was slightly off. It could be because of different taste palate. Breakfast spread was a disappointment. Overall, will suggest to stay at this beautiful hotel.

Location is good.. nearest to market...😊 Excellent room and clean.. room and specially bathroom is very specious..Praveen and Kamal are very polite and cooperative.. I suggest this hotel.

The Dutch Manor is a fantastic little boutique hotel. The rooms are comfortable though smaller than I had anticipated. However, the best thing about this hotel is its warm and wonderful staff. They are available to help 24/7, are very understanding and just wonderful people. As a female solo traveller, I felt extremely safe :)

I absolutely loved the vibe and architecture of Dutch Manor! It’s a charming property with cleanest and spacious rooms and large, beautifully designed bathrooms that offer a sense of luxury and comfort. Breakfast here is simple yet delightful, with a few homemade options that feel more personal than a traditional buffet spread. And nice sitting arrangement for smaller and bigger groups and I love how they have this cute long balcony on the 1st floor you can sit or read a book or grab a cup of chai! The standout feature of Dutch Manor, however, is its exceptional staff. Kamal in particular, always greets guests with a warm smile and is incredibly helpful, making our stay even more comfortable and at super ease, rather well taken care of! While Pravin at the front desk, is a gentleman always well- dressed and wonderful, ensuring we felt welcomed and communicated little things via watsapp even before the arrival. 🫶🏼 Like to highlight this : How I admired - whenever they called up to remind you that the breakfast is ready if you do not show up by 9:30 -10 am. It shows that they truly care about their guests. Being an avid traveller I had never seen this before ! So kudos to the team. The dedication and friendliness truly make the experience special.🫶🏼 The only minor drawback is the narrow street leading to the property and limited parking area! Located slightly away from the heart of Fort Kochi, it’s a calm and peaceful retreat, perfect if you prefer a quieter stay and not looking to venture out too much ! While there aren’t many fancy restaurants or cafes immediately nearby, the central part of Fort Kochi, with all its attractions, is just 2-3 km away if you have a car. However you can order food in house if given prior notice. Overall, I’d happily return for the serene ambiance and warm hospitality once again! Thank you for making my stay so worthwhile! This hotel is opened only 4months ago, so very clean and new. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent too. It’s like staying a home. I am glad that i chose this hotel

The location of the stay was very much between a residential community, it was very safe. The owner of the property took special attention for every detail and was very patient enough to handle all queries and guide us for our stay. The staff was very courteous and the chef catered to our food demands.
