Review Of Vedic Village Retreat

Location was ok but property was very small. No recreation or activities were available. No Spa. Swimming pool was very small. Food was expensive. Breakfast had very limited options. Overall not worth for the money I paid. I travel a lot so I could easily say this was really disappointing.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Vedic Village Retreat at Kodungallur, Kerala during the month of May 2025. This is a beautiful resort with all the amenities. First thing to say and thank is that the resort's team of employees naming one by one.. Anoop the front office person who responded to every queries we had,welcomed us with a welcome drink, guided us do well throughout our stay at Vedic Village Retreat... Vishnupriya whom we met in the mid way was also so courteous and kind.. She welcomed us so well every morning... She provided my son with all indoor game activities and engaged him so well.. Shisha who was in-charge of the Dining took care of us so well and made sure that we were served with all the delicious recipes on time right from morning complimentary breakfast to lunch and dinner.. Edwin, Sriyanka & Aadarsh were so kind, polite and well behaved in the restaurant and served us so well.. Chef Akhil was the best when it comes to preparation of recipes... You guys have to taste the food here at the resort... Thankyou so much to u and ur team chef... All the staffs had a very good smile on their face andhere were polite, respectful, and well-mannered in their interactions not only with us but with every guest who stayed here. Second thing is the rooms, ambience, surroundings which was amazing.. We booked a premium room and was so happy with the way the staffs have maintained it and very hygenic restrooms and it was so wonderful to take a shower in the outer bathroom which was amazing... We got hot water and cold water all the time... Swimming pool was very clean and hygenic... And we really had a wonderful time... The lake view from the resort was beautiful the whole day... On the whole... Vedic Village Retreat is a wonderful place to stay in with family and friends.. Please do visit guyszz.. Special Thanks to Mr. George and team...

I recommend this property for a peaceful stay for couples. The approach road was not good. But destination was good. They have roof less bathroom concept, was nice experience. But people may concern about security issue. Food was good

Good food, good service, neat, good for a two day staycation and relaxation. They should have things like spa always available. When we went it wasn't. It would make the relaxation better. Otherwise all good

The pool is moderate in size but well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to suit every palate. The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional hospitality. Their warm and courteous behavior made our stay even more enjoyable. Travel Tip: If you're using Google Maps to navigate, be sure to follow the resort's direction boards after leaving the National Highway (NH) for accurate guidance. Overall, this resort is perfect for a peaceful getaway amidst nature.

This is a excellently maintained property with superb experience for anyone who wishes to stay. And located at the river banks the views in the morning are serene. The outdoors are also very well done with lot of greenery.

One of the great place in kodugallur and maybe kochi too. I booked a stay there with my wife, it was absolutely amazing. The view, the food, the ambience and the staffs were so much friendly. I have never been to a place that is perfect in every way. Hoping to visit soon. If you are planning to visit for a family, friends or couple hangout do not hesitate, just book and enjoy.

Exclusive and serene stay at a cozy resort with wonderful lake view. Extremely polite staff and exceptionally great food. Loved the vibes, cannot ask for anything more.
