Hotel SAJ International Kolenchery

The hotel is an older property but maintained reasonably well. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean, which made the stay comfortable. However, the bathroom showers could use an upgrade, as there was some scaling and the water flow was not very good. Overall, nothing major to complain about and nothing exceptional to highlight either — a decent stay for the price.

I was staying alone but they took good care of me . I loved my stay . The staff was courteous, service prompt and food amazing.

We had nice pleasant stay at the hotel. Clean and neat rooms, Aircon was working well as well. Thanks to the supporting staff.

Visited kolenchery for work at mosc medical college and hospital. Hospital is at walking distance from hotel. Pleasant stay at hotel saj, did not face any issue. They allowed late checkout and arranged for an airport cab. Responsive staff at reception and restaurant, food quality is good, room is clean, spacious. Good for both family and solo stay. Would love to stay at saj again if coming to kolenchery.

Breakfast options are few.

The stay was pleasant in the suite room. The room was clean. Downsides include poor showering area [ shower is over the bathtub attached] and a little deserted lobby

Room was slightly old with walls adjacent to washroom with seepage. The washroom basin was leaking. But room was good and comfortable. Good staff.

I had to attend a program at mos c medical college and stayed at saj international for six days. It was a wonderful stay. All the staff were very courteous and very friendly. We had dinner from the restaurant on almost all days and the chinese dishes were delicious. Really appreciate the behaviour of the staff.

Good stay with neat and tidy rooms. Excellent service from the staffs

The staff was not friendly, especially during checkout. There was confusion in the billing and they charged some food that we hadn't. Unnecessarily waited for long and they did not even have the courtesy to say sorry for their mistake.

Clean, room service good, housekeeping good.

I was unable to reach yesterday for check in and the hotel, who already took money for my stay, did not even bother to check with me about why i was not able to go. They got their money and was least bothered if i would be coming or not. This is a bad approach as a reputed hotel.

Good room. There was some problem with the ac remote which was rectified promptly. Breakfast was normal kerala one.

The stay was very nice. The staff was always helpful. The cleanliness was top notch. The breakfast was average. It was a stay Worth remembering.

The rooms were comfortable enough, with good staff service. It was tidy, not clean. But the breakfast could be improved further. It was not as expected. Overall stay was comfortable.

Hotel is good, Worth money, however breakfast doesn't have much options for vegetarians. Better there should option to book without breakfast.
