The place is beautiful, thoughtfully done, care taker sujith was especially polite and nice just enough to make sure your needs are met. The rooms are clean and cleverly done. The verandah and backyard areas are photo pretty! improvement areas can be on the morning breakfast menu and make. Rest all is a1 for a comfortable relaxing stay.

The location provides a nice, secluded ambience. The lawn and deck provide privacy while also giving enough open space to enjoy the outdoors, enough for our **** The rooms are simple & neat. Bathrooms are well stocked with basic necessities. The caretaker staff is very courteous and accommodative. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the riverhouse panangad.

Good freshly prepared breakfast, but fyi no other meals available as there is no chef now. Traditional wooden home was lovely but no screens at windows to keep mosquitoes out. Garden was peaceful and very well kept, but looks directly onto muddy swamp-like area alongside river, which might partly explain large numbers of mosquitoes in our accommodation and especially in the garden! friendly, prompt service from sujit and family with english-language whatsapp support when needed. Easy meal delivery from swiggy, and a few shops and restaurants within 20-30 min walk. Chruch next door rang its bells at 5. 30am and 6. 15am every morning. Overall, very nice stay.
