The reception staff were excellent, and the room was comfortable. The cleaning staff also did a great job. However, the dining experience was disappointing: the in-room dining food was bad, and the morning breakfast was not up to standard.

Poor Stay
Rooms and reception staff is good. everything else sucks. the In room dining don't respond and even if they pick call they will not deliver. The food menu everything costs almost double as compared to any decent restaurant. Not worth spending time and money here

I had a very disappointing experience with the washroom facilities. The area had a strong, unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic to use. Cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement. This kind of environment reflects poorly on overall workplace standards.

Room was good buts needs improvement in terms of renovation due to old fashioned room,ac's of 1990's in the room.,small bathroom ,small room allotted and even water is not provided in the restaurant in the breakfast which was also terrible.did not clean the room and not even asked to clean the room by the hotel

No water in the bathroom
We had to survive workout water in the washroom, despite complaining multiple times. Never had such an horrible experience before.

As a regular hotel visitor this is an horrible experience for me. They even charge extra payment for live chats in complimentary breakfast..wardrobes are poorly maintained.water is not coming properly in showers,taps,AC also not cooling well..my overall experience is better they go for renovating there rooms..
