This time the food quality and hospitality of this hotel was at the poorest stage. Served cold tea, tomato soup was like a gravy rather than a soup and cold. Room no 404 was smelling like a hospital room.

Gokulam park is having an ideal location whether to go to m. G road, city centre and is very close to metro station. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially mr. Manoj bell desk guy.

This was the third property of gokulam group we stayed. It was an excellent stay we had. Polite assistance and prompt service in any matters were seen all over. Food was very good all the time. I would look forward staying in their place in future again.

Location and food were good ac not maintained temperature, gym was not having proper facilities and water was not draining well from the shower area

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 5 minutes walking from the earn station. Its a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Breakfast was good and also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was good.

Room was not spacious, but near and clean. Toilet is just ok for a star hotel category. Food was delicious.

Housekeeping staff are directly coming inside with using master key after completing no one bother it's happend in late night also

Good location & amenities. Excellent service from security staffs & reception. I feel lunch is slightly expensive. Those who prefer buffet lunch, it is worth. I had dinner from out side.
