Review Of Kaya Gantavya Resort

Recently I stayed in Kaya Gantavya for 2 nights with my family and we are completely blown away by the comfortable experience Kaya offered. All staff members are courteous and sincerely welcoming and special shout out to the chefs for the top notch food in terms of quality, taste and variety. The property is located in lower pelling much closer to the Skywalk and the uninterrupted mountain view from all the premium rooms are simply magical. On a lucky day, kanchenjunga is clearly visible from all rooms. If I ever visit west sikkim, it will be for Kaya.

Beautiful resort in Pelling overlooking the mountains. Spacious clean Cottages with Kanchenjunga views with an attached balcony amidst calm, lush green surroundings. Food served on Breakfast and dinner buffet was homely and adequate. Friendly hardworking Staff try their best to take care of guests right at all times. The warm friendly lady who owns the property was very helpful. A great place to stay in Pelling.

Booked a 2 night stay in April,25. Views from the balcony were magnificent. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Staff was lovely and courteous.

Pelling is recently developed hill station. The property is also well maintained, spacious rooms with all amenities. Individual room has their own advantage with Kanchenjunga view balcony. This is a good value for money.

All the staff was very helpful and polite and greeted very well . rooms were maintained good and hygenic . hotel location is nice. manisha and team from restaurant behaved very well and mannered.

Kaya Gantavya Resort is an amazing property, Amazing View, Very Spacious Room, Balcony with Kanchenjunga View, Kanchenjunga View can be seen from resturant too. Very friendly and courteous staffs, we were welcomed very well by Ms.Reemala and assisted by Manager Mr.Rupen Thapa. Also while checkout Ms.Sangeeta Rai suggested good trip plan with us and smooth checkout. They have very good resturant with yummy food options. We reached late but resturant staff extended their help in serving delicious food at our room. Overall very beautiful property. Enjoy morning sun rise and Kanchenjunga view from room with bird chipping sound in morning.

We along with my friends family stayed here for two days. It was a good experience. We booked cottage and it was fantastic. From room heater to geyser everything is provided in the room. Resort is very pleasant and the food is good. Bf is limited but decent as well. Welcome drink was awesome. Room service and staff are good. We had a good time there. Overall a good stay.

Nice rooms with bed warmer. Well decorated and maintained property. Front desk receptionist Sangeeta Rai Das was so cordial to our every request. Also, restaurant guy Mr. Neeraj was helpful towards our food selection and room service. Highly recommended.

Tv not recharged even after arrival. Hot water service needs to be improved. Rest everything is great. Food also great. Value for money on food. View is great.

Beautiful property with stunning views of Kanchenjunga range. The mountain is visible from all rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. Food is great. The staff is warm, welcoming and prompt. Special thanks to Rupen, Prerna and Bipin for making our stay wonderful. Highly recommend the property if you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The room, location of the resort and the service was very excellent. You get to see the mt kanchenjunga from your room or from your balcony. The ambience was really nice and serene. The hotel staffs arranged for bonfire and we enjoyed listening to good music. Food options are limited and can be improved but overall it was a great experience to stay in this resort.

Very scenic place, with well appointed rooms even in such a rural area. Spacious, peaceful, well landscaped and beautiful grounds with a great view of the kanchenjunga range. Very attentive and warm staff who will make one feel comfortable as if in one's home. Nature can be enjoyed while staying here and in comfort, and one can visit nearby places of interest. Seamless travel arrangements were made possible by smt. Smita, who was a wonderful host.

Location : it was ok if the weather is clear you can see the mountain from their restaurant as it was on left side and rooms were on right side. Food: buffet was not that great. Its recommended not to include buffet dinner at the time of booking staff attention: need to be attentive and clear the dishes from table when its done. They charged us for the infant milk. Its not at all recommended. They give only 100ml kind of milk as complimentary and for rest they will be charged children playing room is very small and not upto the mark. Room cleanliness: not upto the mark. Glass bottle and kettle has been rusted. They should change that. Service provided is not upto the mark for the price they charged.

Our recent stay at *kaya gantavaya resort, pelling* was *unfortunately a disappointing experience*. *first and foremost, cleanliness was a significant issue*. *housekeeping services were subpar*. *this is simply unacceptable, especially for the price we paid*. Additionally, the food was well below our expectations. The variety was limited, and the quality did not match the standards one would expect. Overall 1/5 rating

Superb location, courteous staff and very peaceful stay. Spacious rooms and personalised service. Cleanliness could be a little better, but staff will still help address all concerns to the satisfaction.

Excellent stay. Ambience is quite good. Food is good. Service is excellent. Polite and helpful staff. Recommend for sure.

We stayed in a cottage facing mt kanchenjunga though it wasn't visible due to foggy weather. The room was super clean, staff were courteous & food was amazing. Room & food were a bit over priced but justified due to overwhelming services. Recommended to opt for the middle or top most cottages for clear hill viewing. 4. 5/5 star from my side. Cheers!
