Our 3-day stay at Udaan Hotel Pine Crest was one of the best parts of our entire trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The breathtaking Kanchenjunga view from our room was the most spectacular we saw throughout our journey, truly unforgettable. The hospitality and warmth of the staff were beyond words. From the reception to the restaurant team – Bishal, Sunit, Nima, Pratik, Sewan, Joshna, and Sushila – everyone made sure we were taken care of with genuine care and courtesy. The food was fantastic. Every meal, whether breakfast or à la carte, was fresh, hot, and full of flavor , which truly elevated our experience in the cool mountain setting. Our room was excellent, comfortable, clean, and designed to make the most of the serene surroundings. Pelling itself is a gem, but staying at Udaan Hotel Pine Crest made it even more special and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and the best mountain views.

Excellent Stay
The stay was good. Rooms were very clean and the staff was polite. Food was one of the best I have ever had in an in-house restaurant!

Average stay but beautiful view of KANC
Pros-The hotel has good interiors and staff are also very polite with excellent view of KANCHENJUNGA from the room. Food is also good. Cons- 1) The floors are very very slippery , use bathroom which are extra slippery with caution or you can have a fall. 2) The room neither has AC nor has a FAN , when you ask the hotel staff for a table/standing fan they deny having one and in place provide a room heater with blower. 3) To add to this woe the worst part is you cannot open your window once it is dark , you will have an insect attack , even the bathroom which has an exhaust fan gets full of insect in the night. But at last may be this hotel may not be good for a summer stay since PELLING was unusually hot this summer. Kudos to the UDAAN team for taking note of all this and as we had a early rescheduling of flight from BAGDOGRA, they transferred our 1 night booking to SILIGURI on request where the stay was excellent. Thanks to the UDAAN GROUP for the cooperation.

Terrible Stay
Food was stale and not upto the mark. No wifi was available for almost a day. Absolutely no amenities at the hotel

Excellent Stay
Stay was very comfortable with clean and comfy rooms. The best part was the view of kanchenjunga. The restaurant had a decent vegetarian menu, and the staff were polite and friendly. It's definitely a good stay option for family.

Good Stay
Excellent location, very close to the market, well maintained property, staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, food was excellent. Only thing is I booked in advance and was charged extra for the hotel, the same day booking via MMT or directly was available at around 30% discount.

Beautiful stay with Udaan
I recently stayed at this property near Pelling, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views that made our trip memorable. The staff were courteous and friendly, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, the service was quite delayed. Despite calling for assistance multiple times, the response time was much longer than expected. This was a bit disappointing as it affected the otherwise great experience. If the management can work on improving the efficiency of their service, this place has the potential to be a top-notch destination for travelers.

Poor Stay
I had a terrible stay with Udaan. First of all when I ordered snacks with high tea they took more than an hour to deliver the order.Moreover, order was served in parts and almost a gap of more than 30 min. For washroom slippers I had to request at reception and what they say that this is not a basic amenities so they do not provide washroom slippers.However, after my request they provided. No one picked the call at reception and housekeeping.Water was not coming in washroom and no one was there in housekeeping to pick the call. During my checkout I was made waiting for almost 15 min to clear their bills because even after I paid my bill immediately after I placed my order, reception was not having any record and they took almost 15 min to get confirmation from their staff..That was really embarrassing situation for me. During breakfast staff were behaving as if they are paying for our breakfast. very unprofessional behaviour. I would rate Pathetic stay with so called Udaan Hotel Already reviewed

Super luxurious duplex Kanchenjunga duplex suite
Fantastic experience, we booked Kanchenjunga duplex suite. My daughters loved it. Vacations means more family time together and the duplex suite helped there. Buffet breakfast was also sufficiently elaborate. Finally a shout out for super service by the staff.

Top notch service with a mesmerizing view of kanchenjunga
familyLoved it, rooms are spacious with all the basic amenities. We also got to see the mesmerizing view of kanchenjunga in the morning. Special shoutout to the Staff that was exceptionally polite throughout the stay, from warm welcome at the reception to the restaurant. Room service was prompt. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here :)
