The property offers breathtaking views of the majestic Kanchenjunga range right from the balcony — truly a photographer’s delight. 🌄 Rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed with all modern comforts. The staff were exceptionally warm, polite, and attentive — always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to the management for their hospitality and for making us feel at home throughout our stay. 💐 The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with care — especially the local Sikkimese dishes and breakfast spread. The location is peaceful yet close to the main attractions like Skywalk, Khecheopalri Lake, and Kanchenjunga Falls. Good Stay
The hotel is in lower pelling and location wise it's a disadvantage since it's about 15min walk from the main upper pelling. The hotel is excellent in terms of the rooms, the asthetics and amenities. The mountain view rooms are spacious and offers majestic view of the mountain ranges. The disadvantage is there isn't an elevator and one has to go 3-4 floors up if their rooms are on the upper floors. The other negatives are their restaurant, the food choices are limited with no buffet breakfast. Other than that it's an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff.

Our stay at Mount Magnolia, Pelling (Oct 2–7, 2025) turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our life. We had booked the Magnolia Suite Room through MakeMyTrip and were so impressed that we extended our stay beyond the initial plan! The hotel ambience is warm and cozy, the rooms are beautifully designed with wooden interiors, large glass windows, and balconies offering serene mountain and valley views. The food here is simply delicious and reasonably priced. We loved their complimentary hi-tea and beverage offers, and even when some items weren’t available during rush hours, the staff handled it very politely with great alternatives. The entire team deserves appreciation for their dedication and smiling service. Special thanks to Mr. Deepen Pradhan (Manager), whose energy and kindness made us feel like family. Rarely do you meet someone who goes so far to make guests feel at home — he truly sets a benchmark for hospitality. Also, Ms. Dikila Lepcha (Reception), with her cheerful smile and caring attitude, made every interaction bright and pleasant. Hats off to both for creating such a positive atmosphere. And the best part — on our final morning, after several foggy and rainy days, the skies cleared, and we were blessed with a magnificent view of Mount Kanchenjunga right from our suite window. Enjoying tea with my wife and son while watching the golden peaks was a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Even the staff joined our joy, saying it was the clearest view in weeks. Truly, Mount Magnolia feels more like a home with a heart than just a hotel. We’ll cherish this stay forever and would love to return again just to meet these wonderful people who redefine genuine hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great stay and mostly because of people like Diplika Lepcha and Jharna who were very nice hotel is good but ca improve a lot in amenities although they are very accommodating for the needs overall great experience

familyVery badly maintained rooms blankets and pillows covers and towels are discolored if we ask they tell this is what they have they tell they have spa but not functioning they have tt label they tell no balls not not all worth the money i had paid rs. 15 per night it's not even worth rs. 3 k just because travel time mm t jacked up the price i would not recommend this to any one staff are not that professional
