Wonderful location and great views. The staff service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom requires upgrade and maintenance. We had issues with commode leaking, shower head spraying water all over and no water in the basin tap.

It is a beautiful and well maintained property with excellent, spacious rooms and a wonderful view of Kanchenjunga. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. This is the best property in Pelling hands down.

I think this property is a hidden gem as the photos listed are not truly reflecting what a great place to stay it is. The reception and all other staff is super courteous, rooms are super well maintained, food served is amazingly delicious and the views of Kanchenjunga are phenomenal. I wish we could stay at this resort in Pelling for a longer duration and not waste our time in Gangtok, which has become very crowded and polluted now.

Breathtaking view, cosy rooms, splendid hospitality, great service. A perfect relaxation after a long drive from bagdogra.

Evening things is good and food awesome. Service and amenities also is excellent. Property location is also excellent.

Exceptionally well-kept, warmly inviting rooms, attentive and polite staff. Culinary delights exceed expectations. I had a wonderful time.

Very place. We stayed at both north and chungi. Though location of Chungi is better norbhu he is not far behind.

Every thing about the hotel was just too good the view, the room, the facilities the food etc. Only thing they never informed us about the wonderful library that they had.
