Summit Tashi Ghang Heritage Resort

Room was good neat and clean overall stay was perfect. But had a bad experience at restaurant service they were literally forcing us to take boufe costing per person 600. We argued that time they agreed to serve menu dish as per our order, and again morning time for breakfast we went they refused us to serve giving excuses that we should come on time to eat breakfast. I complaint about this to their stand-by manager mr anup. Was completely upset with restaurant service which was unacceptable behaviour.

Summit tashi g hang is an old heritage property located at a distance from pelling proper. Rooms are well maintained, amenities provided as promised, services were excellent, staff cooperative and welcoming. We, however, missed the kanchenjunga view due to dense fog and inclement weather. For elderly people it is advisable not to opt for the rooms on the upper floors as there is no lift in the resort. Rest was quite comfortable.

Spent 3 nights here with my mother. It was a fantastic stay! the location is very good with breathtaking views from the room. The food was just excellent. Very well prepared. The staff alinika, pramila, nandi & others were very prompt and helpful. Manager mr. Niladri chatterjee ensured we had the best stay experience. Overall, it is a great stay if you wish to visit geyzing. Pelling. Ravangla. 100% will recommend

It was an amazing, marvelous and unforgettable experience here. Myself and my family were here on the day of our marriage anniversary and we were surprised to see our room decorated after we came to room in evening after pelling site seeing. Hospitality was at par excellence. The way they welcomed us during check in was good. Food was very tasty and they are very helpful. I recommend summit group.

Our stay at tashi gang heritage resort was good. The property is little far from pelling town, so it becomes difficult to access in absence of vehicles. Do book food options in the package while booking the rooms, coz the food prices are on a higher side. Also note the the property does not have lift facility, so for senior citizens pols look for rooms on lower floors.

The property is good, the food is awesome, and hospitality is good. Only had the issue with wi fi as it's a hilly area. But mobile connection will be there. Beautiful view from the room

Calm place away from buzz a wonderful getaway vacation destination. The hills are best viewed from the cottages. Staff is very well mannered and courteous

Hotel is located at a very good location. At this cost i guess this is the best option in pelling. Food was average. Breakfast was good.

It was an awesome stay in midst of the lush green mountain ranges with clouds moving around all the time. The glimpse of kanchenjunga from room in the morning is a memory that will be in store for lifelong. Great food, breakfast & courteous behaviour & prompt service of all the staff.

Very beautiful view from the Summit Tashi Ghang Heritage Resort. Rooms are good. Spacious. Staff is also very good and co operative. It was a good stay.

All the resort staff are very good, they are giving the service in very nice way. Previously i was going there last 10 years before. That's why i was going this resort
