Terrible Stay
It was a worst experience for us as the property is not well maintained. Flush was not working in the washroom. Service is pathetic. We ordered simple food for our kids which came after 2hours and 2 times enquiry. Won’t recommend anyone.

Puri Hote
First of all this is not a sea view but just a partial see view from far distance. And the property is too old with poor maintenance. The room service is also in a bad condition. The property is not exactly what they show in MMT app but the different picture at arrival. The hotel is not located near beach but too far from beach we need ro travel by vehicle.

Breakfast was ok, hotel food is overpriced and poor quality, no laundry facility, no shaving kit available even if offered to pay extra, no cookies served with tea, cockroach was available

Poor Stay
Size of the hotel rooms were good but it not well maintained. No proper sanitation products were provided. Mainly the staff member were not at all cooperating. Mainly the manager and security staff were very rude and also started shouting and misbehaving with female guests. Overall the experience at hotel was fine but due to the behaviour of the staff members the experience was very bad.

Dear sir/Madam, Namaskar & Greetings for the day !! thank you so much for chosen hotel sagar tarang, puri as your holiday destination as per your review, we would like to say you again that we don't allow liquors in our pool side area, due to the security reason for other decent and good people and so many family members were also there when you consumed alcohol at our pool side. where as the security have must informed you but you people neither listened to the security nor to the manager and shouted to all the staff with drunken condition which is really so pathetic. again if you are saying that hotel have some issues. then again we are very sorry for that, We assure you best service at near future. Extremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Hotel Experience
It was a horrible nightmare experience from the Hotel staffs. Abusive language and aggressive body language from them just because of disobey the rule of their Swimming Pool area. According to them we are not Indian, we are from Bangladesh and We doesn't know the culture. The body language of the hotel staffs as well as the security clearly state that, If we don't follow their instructions, they can do anything at anytime with Us (specially with ladies, they threatened to slap one of our female friends and throw her into the pool). Extremely unsafe for the Ladies Guest. Think twice before book this Hotel. Otherwise your self respect and dignity will be in danger

*There is NO access to wifi else all facilities are of 5 star hotel level !!!* We took a delux classic room which was a one bhk with a balcony on the ground floor. There is a grassy path connecting between room and the beautiful clean swimming pool. It was a lovely pool with enough pretty chair tables and many resting pool chairs surrounding the pool. I love the cleanliness of the hotel and the amazing helping hotel boys. There was in house restaurant too providing good food. The neighborhood area great. Temple barely 2/3kms away from hotel and all beaches are 2kms away
