Pipul Ocean View Resort, 70mtr From Sea Beach

Overall stay was good. The reception behaviour and the staff behaviour. The room was awesome and hygienic and the bathroom also. The parking system was very good and satisfactory. And main thing I like about the Pipul Ocean View Resort, 70mtr From Sea Beach is the roof top view and the pool. The view from the pool is awesome. This was my 2nd stay at this Pipul Ocean View Resort, 70mtr From Sea Beach. But one thing this Pipul Ocean View Resort, 70mtr From Sea Beach should improve i.e their restaurant service. I waited for the seat at their restaurant for 1.5hrs and the restaurant staff behaviour was not good. Some were responsive but some were not. So at last we went out for the dinner in late night as there were no seat available for us after waiting 1.5hrous. The staffs were busy in handling other guests. But in my view every guest should be treated as equal. They should provide other facilities for the food and response to all the guests.

Everything was fine like cleanness and room service. Pool side view was amazing. But their restaurant service was too bad. The restaurant employees were not too responsive. We couldn’t have dinner at their restaurant because the seat was not available for a long time. But the good thing that the Pipul Ocean View Resort, 70mtr From Sea Beach allowed us to checkout at 9:00am.

Location is bit inside and challenge is car parking . Room quality are very nice nd cosy but the main area of improvement is house keeping . There do not respond to this everytime you call them . Food taste was good but most of the dishes were not made with fresh ingredients Room stay 4 star Rest 3 star

The property is far from sea beach. However the rooms and the support staff was excellent. Special mention, Rakhi Sarkar went above excellent. She has even arranged a cab for my parents for their early morning departure

Everything was good only restaurant staff was rude and always say its not open you can’t order anything from outside and cant even order inside you have to go outside to have lunch or dinner

Very good food and property is also good but wants some renovation and location is also very good overall if property will renovate in bathroom and curtains bed etc this will be superb 👌 specially we appreciate yours breakfast it’s very good 👍
