Great stay with Ocean View
Amazing hospitality! The rooms were excellent and right in front of the ocean. When we went to the temple, the reception staff kindly kept our bags safe and helped us a lot. Truly a great experience.

Poor Stay
kitchen was very dirty , their was no hot water facility, nor shower was working properly. room service was also not that good!!! they are saying that outside food is not allowed even in your room wat kind of rule is that???? reason was they said what if feel sick here in hotel !!!! I was shocked but did not argued!!!

Terrible Experience
My friends for whom I booked the resort are extremely unhappy with me, terrible hotel in a by lane, AC not working in all the 6 rooms, no hot water, dirty bed sheets towels....First Time I have had such a terrible experience by booking through makemytrip, there are horrible reviews on your portal, your staff don't seem to bother to check....there is noway the property can be given a 3.6 rating...

Too much price for an average hotel. It’s not sea facing its slum facing
They charged extra because there was a food mark on the pillow. No room service in my 2 night stay. Staff are not professional. At 12:30 I ask for food from the restaurant but it was not ready. You can get far better room in this price.

The property is far from sea beach. However the rooms and the support staff was excellent. Special mention, Rakhi Sarkar went above excellent. She has even arranged a cab for my parents for their early morning departure

Everything was good only restaurant staff was rude and always say its not open you can’t order anything from outside and cant even order inside you have to go outside to have lunch or dinner

2 days stay at Ocean View resorts
Location is bit inside and challenge is car parking . Room quality are very nice nd cosy but the main area of improvement is house keeping . There do not respond to this everytime you call them . Food taste was good but most of the dishes were not made with fresh ingredients Room stay 4 star Rest 3 star

Good Stay
Overall stay was good. The reception behaviour and the staff behaviour. The room was awesome and hygienic and the bathroom also. The parking system was very good and satisfactory. And main thing I like about the hotel is the roof top view and the pool. The view from the pool is awesome. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. But one thing this hotel should improve i.e their restaurant service. I waited for the seat at their restaurant for 1.5hrs and the restaurant staff behaviour was not good. Some were responsive but some were not. So at last we went out for the dinner in late night as there were no seat available for us after waiting 1.5hrous. The staffs were busy in handling other guests. But in my view every guest should be treated as equal. They should provide other facilities for the food and response to all the guests.

Overall Good Stay
Everything was fine like cleanness and room service. Pool side view was amazing. But their restaurant service was too bad. The restaurant employees were not too responsive. We couldn’t have dinner at their restaurant because the seat was not available for a long time. But the good thing that the hotel allowed us to checkout at 9:00am.

Stay for the View
we booked standard room for three people,it was a bit small. The road to entrance is flooded with drain water . Location is nearer to Mandir and Railway station but is distant from Sargadwar. Scenic view from from the 4th floor pool is is truly mesmerizing. But hotel is very short staffed. We had to repeat our request again and again before it was done. Restaurant food is also not good, I got food poisoning on the last day. Prices are unnecessarily high. Things in the food menu mostly are not available only main course indian foods are available. That too they serve every late. Behaviour of staffs are good but they don't follow order and after sometime you again have to repeat your request

Staffs are well behaved. But so many issue are there in the room. Water are not getting drained from washroom/toilet. Rooms are small. Not having basic amenities like mini bar,teapoy etc

Poor Stay
The room floor was dirty and damp. There were dead cockroaches inside the room. The central ac was turned off in the middle of the night in a summer day. They are taking this price and condition of the room is terrible.
