Location of the Hotel is excellent. The food here is simply great.The staff are very cordial and respectful. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered all essential amenities. I especially appreciated the smooth check in process and the overall ambiance of the property. A good experience overall I would consider staying here again.

Great stay for our family... great welcome and communication. All staff members from the security, receptionist, restaurant, IRD and guest services were very warm and welcoming and helped us stay very comfortably. We had two kids 3 year and 1 year old. We loved our stay at IHCL crown.

This was really a memorable stay with The Crown. The staffs and all teams are very careful of each small comfort of guests . I can say , in every area dining, play area, front desk, Room clean staff are extremely professional. I didn't find any type of uncomfort during my 4 days stay

Crown is always very good in terms of room, linen, neatness, interiors and service and front office response. But they have to see some improvements in the complimentary breakfast I feel breakfast spread is not up to the standards.

Food, Hospitality, Service was outstanding. But a little bit upset with the atmosphere as faced Power Outage 4-5 times causing inconvenience and disturbance.

The service, cleanliness and behaviour of the staff was amazing. The food and the tea shop is really worth a visit. The breakfast spread is fantastic
