The property is well located on Janpath. The quality however is at best that of a 3 star. The catering staff of very good. Front desk needs improvement. I wanted an extension of two hours for late checkout and was told they would revert. As I did not receive any input, I checked out. Upon enquiry at that time, I was told that seniors would need to be asked and they would come to work at 9AM hence they could not help me! Not a sign of a 5 star hotel. I stayed in the studio suite, comfortable for space. Toiletries in terms of those available in bottles was below satisfactory as most of the pumps did not operate and rooms service had to be called to work on it. As regards cleanliness, sheets were good, but the tables and carpet were patchy. Overall not a very happy experience.

It's quite okay type hotel. i am not saying bad it's very good, but not worth the money. in this price lot of other better options are there. main draw back is restaurant. it's a tiny one. lift's are small. at the time of check out I called the front office and asked them to make my bills ready as i am getting late. but they didn't. i have to wait 10 to 15 mins for the bill. i have asked them few times for the same. i was getting late. it can be improved. i hope n3xt time i won't face these issues.
