Rooms are not neat and clean,specially wash room is in bad condition ....bad smell is coming both from room and wash room... I booked for 2 suit room but at the same price they give us one suit room and one standard room...TV is not functioning also

When I checked in around 10:30 no staff there to take care of my belongings. Also in the restaurant if you order something it'll take 45 min to 1 hour to serve, which I never totally unacceptable. Another thing I noticed staff at the reception not welcoming
