⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sheetal with our family! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The service was prompt, and they made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall atmosphere was homely and peaceful. It’s a great place for families — safe, comfortable, and conveniently located. Highly recommend Hotel Sheetal for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

excellent customer service, location and important the staff were very helpful. the water heater was available and in a clean state. also the coffee table was so helpful in the rainy times I visited their place. it was indeed a great stay as a business executive and very happy with the services offered such as inhouse laundry and inhouse food delivery system and important is their humility and customer oriented helpful nature. although the parking area can be improved to include more vehicles as there were little more vehicles than the shedding area meant for the parking of the visitor vehicles.

average stay....very Clumsy
Rooms are not neat and clean,specially wash room is in bad condition ....bad smell is coming both from room and wash room... I booked for 2 suit room but at the same price they give us one suit room and one standard room...TV is not functioning also

The receptionist was rude, the services were bad and the facilities were horrible too . The food was only good thing.

A pleasant stay without incurring a big pocket pinch. The staff are polite and helpful. Their inhouse restaurant also provided good meals.

Excellent location, around 15 mts drive from airport in the evening, convenient location if someone wanted to attend any meeting in city and want to go anywhere on Kolkata Bhubaneshwar highway or to Puri I really like the continental breakfast in authentic taste.
