Never seen such unprofessional staffs , who had absolutely no idea how to deal with customers. Dirty rooms , unhygienic wash rooms and what not . won't recommend anyone to visit this property. Do stay away from flashy images shown

Location wise and Restaurant service is excellent but the hotels stay is not worth the price tag was there for 3 days but the hotels staff couldn’t refill the hand wash

Good location with perfect services , everybody working there are very cordial and attitude of always ready to help. Best was Jagannath temple darshan organized by them.

The location is easily accessible, the staff is so friendly. My only suggestion is to maintain a better washroom

I stayed here for a short trip. The overall experience was average. The breakfast was quite good and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel offers outdoor parking. However, the rooms were old and had a musty smell. The bathroom clearly needs renovation and proper maintenance. The twin beds were too narrow, and the mattresses seemed old and uncomfortable. With some refurbishment and attention to room comfort, this hotel could be much better.

The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The hotel facilities were impressive — from the restaurant offering delicious meals with great variety to the prompt room service that made my stay even more convenient. What stood out most was how helpful and attentive the team was throughout my stay. They were quick to respond to any request and ensured every detail was taken care of. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for both relaxation and work. Overall, a very satisfying experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to visiting again.

Location is very good walking distance from sea beach,temple is also 10 min drive,local transportation are always available,food quality is good they modify prepration according to my need,in odd time, I order plane dosa for my son in dinner time first they say we serve only at the time of breakfast but when they know it for my kid the prepare it without any extra charge

The hotel is a great property situated at the heart of the puri city. the stuff is very helpful and courteous. we enjoyed the stay food and travel -everything arranged by the hotel. the staff Dhritiman, Dillip, Ratan and Suryakanta was remarkably helpful.

Excellent location on VIP road which is a prime location near the Puri temple. The hotel has good rooms and friendly staff, especially Mr. Dilip Barik who was very helpful and courteous and ensured that our stay in Puri was excellent.

The room was big but all empty needs more remodeling The entrance was good Location was good but little away from beach view

i wish i could rate negative. this is not a pride group hotel. it's more horrible than dharmasala. rooms are fishy smell. no lights working properly. ac was not getting on after repeated complaints they changed the room. service is extremely poor. no one responds to calls. they even don't help you with laguage. if you say anything they even justify themselves that what they are doing is right. breakfast is very poor and spread is not good too. lifts not working so you have to take the service lift. not worth it. its more horrible than anything. better prefer to stay at station platform rather than this hotel. this hotel's parking is also a problem. no proper parking available for in house guests because they give priority to restaurant customers. i will never waste my money on this hotel.
