Bluelily Beach Resort

Room condition is very poor in cleaning point of view. very bad smelling is coming from bathroom.I have completed same in reception,didnot get any result. If I get a chance for free stay I could not go for this.Food Quality is not good also.

Bluelily reception staff is not courteous at all

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were there in our room. Breakfast was also served well for 3 days. Variety of items were in breakfast. Specifically tea was really very nice. In the evening also they served tea n biscuits complementary. We had a nice stay in Blue lily Beach Resort. Thank you

The breakfast was not proper. The room was incomplete. The bed was stinking. The check out time was very early. The behaviour of the staff was not good. worst

The location of the Hotel is good but the property needs major upgradation. You could feel the spring of the bed while sleeping. Rooms don’t have refrigerator. All the electrical equipment’s are quite old and needs to be replaced.

The room was infested with bed bugs. I informed the housekeeping staff who assured me that they had done all that was necessary to make our stay comfortable. But we faced the same issue in the second night of our stay and have sworn never to get back there. Cleanliness of the rooms is a major issue.

evening snacks veg pakodi was very tasty. In dinner, mixed veg and tawa roti was also very tasty and morning break fast was good.Over all food quality and preparation was 8 out of 10. Behavior was very nice too.

It was a great experience . Property Location is awasmmm if u don't like chaos or crowd much Food is awasmmm but price point need to re visit for few items Amenities i.e pool and gardens are well maintained with strict rules Service is also up to the mark except resturant one ! I feel resturant service TAT need to review urgently

It was a nice hotel near the sea beach, the staff was good and comfortable staying at this hotel the food was also good.

Huge property with good amenities and 5 min walk to puri beach. Staff is friendly and overall hospitality is good. Rooms are okay however bathrooms are cramped. Food options are limited but food is tasty.

It was an awesome experience here. Property, cleanness, staff behavior, food, food price everything is best.

Improve washroom cleanliness and provide brush paste, disposable slippers. Replace old washroom fittings with new ones. For rooms with an extra bed, provide at least 4 milk powder packets for tea, instead of just 2, to ensure sufficient amenities for all guests. Improvements

The best comment for this place would “COMFORTABLE” our stay was really comfortable there. Really love the rooms and convenience they offered. I liked that the beach was few hundred meters away from the reception.

The hotel was not value for money rooms needed more comfort with the price we paid service was fine

Overall comfortable & enjoyable stay. We enjoyed our stay at this classic hotel with modern facilities. Two standard second-floor rooms provided a pleasant experience. Pros: - cooperative staff - ample parking (convenient for self-drivers) - walkable distance from sea beach (via shortcut) - tasty food cons: - limited sea views - balcony rooms could be more spacious through redesigned space management. Rating: 4/5 stars.

Location gud food is so nicely made & other services are very good. Pool side rooms are heaven. Property is well maintained with its garden.

Everything was good. Polite behaviour of staff, food quality was very good & hygienic and also clean room.
