Taj Puri Resort & Spa, Odisha

It was an amazing experience during the stay for a day. It is a wonderful property with nice location and sea-view. Sea beach is little bit far away but the amenities inside were suffice to enjoy a day. All the team members were very much helpful especially Ramakrishna (front desk), Jagannath (floor manager). Chef ( mohan and pradyumna) were great and made separate dishes as per our wish and also for my baby. At Vista restaurant all the staffs were very humble. Had a nice experience also at the pool, Bikash’s hospitality was great. Had a wonderful experience at Spa also. Overall it was an amazing stay and looking forward for going to this property once again.

Taj is always known for the best service, I always try to stay with Taj, Again and again I recommend everyone to stay in Taj. The members of Taj always give good service to the guest

The room and food was good, and the staff were courteous and polite. But more than that, there was nothing much special about the place. It lacked the ' 5 star Taj' feel. There were no activities to do, there was not even a pool table. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience for the money paid.

Property was very good , and their staff and hospitality is excellent , but make my trip people behaviour is very very poor. I booked this hotel with complimentary breakfast , as soon as I checked in hotel , hotel people told me that this booking is only for room there is no complimentary meal even no breakfast fast , than I contacted to make my trip with the held of maya ( AI) but no response. Than I tried to contact with your executive but they didn’t do anything and their behaviour was also not good , so moral of the story is very bad experience I will never go any where with make my trip

A fairly new property away from crowded places. The staffs are very cordial and always greet with smile. Food is also very good.

Stay and food both are excellent. Good hygiene..best chef...chef manoj and Uday served me meal like if I m at there home... view , stay, evening performance and high tea ...all awesome...next time I will prefer to stay again

Very nice property. Great hospitality. Great food. Everyone was helpful. Security / front desk/ restaurant people / pool guard everyone was very helpful. To name a few people like - Uday, Nikita, Israel were of great help. Visit there for an amazing hospitality.

Wow experience with best facilities in all respects. The stay was very much comfortable and we enjoyed every moment. It was logistically convenient for temple Darshan also.

Great service, nice property and a good experience. On our 25th anniversary we decided to take the blessings of lord Jagganath and planned to stay at Taj puri resort and spa. The Taj puri was a great experience. Clearly, the service orientation was visible right from Security, Front Office, House Keeping and F&B Service. Breakfast was excellent, Quality of room, in-room amenities and food was good. A big shout out for chef Manoj at Tasva restaurant. A special thank you to Omar ( might have spell the name wrong😃)and his team at the front desk for the most thoughtful surprise silver anniversary celebration for us ,something we will cherish forever, The beautifully decorated room with personalised cake, private dinner everything meant the world for us. I will love to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay with a lovely ambiance. The beach view from the room was breathtaking, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The food was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The stay was pretty good lived upto the reputation of taj and I had no such hiccups throughout the stay the staff was pretty polite and helpful
