Location is good. Property is well maintained and behaviour of staff is professional & co-ordial. Taste of food is good as well. However, I just feel there morning breakfast is not upto the mark. The options are either less or not just well prepared. I sincerely hope they work to improve this and I am sure that they will be rated 5 by all guests in future.

D stay in Hans COCOA PALM property is excellent. Hence I am staying in this property every year.Here d rooms r beautiful having full view of Veranda,there is seating arrangement where u can sit for hours looking after continuous waves. Very beautiful swimming pool alongwith beautiful manicured garden is there.D property is self contained & u can simply go around d coconut trees,flowering trees & green grasses. D housekeeping staffs r awesome who used to keep fresh flowers vase in our room daily.D bathroom is very clean with no bathtub. D dining staffs r too good & food is very tasty.Chhana pora is beautifully prepared.D morning breakfast, lunch & dinner all r very very tasty. D reception staffs r also good

The property is located adjacent to the sea beach. The property is decently maintained and looks like a small beach resort with many coconut trees all over the common area which adds to the decency of the place. However, the property being an aged one, room size and toilet should have been more spacious. No Shaving mirror in the toilet and the toiletries are also not upto mark of the 5star . Hotel staffs are courteous. Food Quality is good but a bit over priced. Entry Gate should be more prominent. Children's playing area should be made available as free lash green area is available on the hotel campus.

Poor Stay

The property is old. Service is good. But the facilities aren’t commensurate for the rates they charge. The whole set up is positioned as a Resort but they don’t have a gym and operating spa. Few oddities - male masseurs for spa and very old infrastructure. Rooms were also old with small TVs. Not worth the price.

Had a wonderful stay at Hans Coco Palms! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a calming view that truly added to the vacation vibe, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite, courteous, and helpful, always ready to assist. The food was delicious — especially loved the wide variety in the breakfast buffet. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Puri!

The property was not exactly the way shown in the pictures over internet....as in the rooms were ok nothing great....it had nothing attractive apart from the pool area...the food was amazing...the room service was slow... overall was an ok experience

Hotel has great infrastructure. A little dated though .. food was great … service and staff was very polite . Highlight was the swimming pool .. we spent hours there … Room had partial sea view , however had to cross the road to go to the beach unlike Mayfair where the beach is just in front of the hotel . A bit pricy but enjoyed our stay .

Amenities and other services are excellent but food is highly expensive. So we had to go out every time for lunch and dinner. Other than the food rooms are really beautiful, location is good but frankly speaking you will get much more closer sea view room in few branded hotel at much more affordable rate.

Terrible Stay

Even though i had booked for 3 adults in 1 room, the hotel is charging extra for the 3 rd adults bed. They are telling that 3 adults mean 3 adults can stay but bed will not be provided. How lame is this? what is the point of booking for 3 adults paying extra money. Even telling mmt customer care didn't help, they simply kept on giving lame excuses. This is ridiculous. The toilet is too small, the shower area is barely 2 feet wide and the shower curtain is touching your body while you are taking shower. Cistern was leaky, kept on leaking water throughout. The air swing of ac doesn't work, can't change direction of air flow. Had to use a stick to forcibly move the vent blades. The entire hotel needs maintenance. Only the swimming pool was good.
