It took 20-25 minutes for them to check me in and also I got delayed during checkout as their paperwork wasn’t ready. Access to the hotel is terrible due to an ongoing bridge construction but they should have an alternative plan by working with the local civic authorities. For the amount they are charging they don’t have proper access to the beach, the temporary makeshift bridge that connects to the beach is in shambles. The pricing in the menu for any single ala carte item is too high forcing to choose buffet over ala carte. Rooms are very clean and well maintained

My stay at this hotel was overall fine, but nothing really stood out. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite, though not particularly welcoming. i stayed at the resort with my for 3 nights. i had booked a sea view room with balcony and a garden vew room. The resort had all amenities it listed and in a well maintained condition. The pool was quite big with 2 separate kids area. The sea view room was the highlight of the stay. Since the resort is at the far end corner of marine drive i would reecommend anyone staying here come with a personal vechile. Reflecting on the food, breakfast spread was good but the overpriced options at other times is expected since it a resort. Good resort , rooms spacious, most staff polite and happy to help , pool good - perhaps 4 star at best not 5, main thing to be aware of us poor beach access - there is sewer behind the hotel with a wobbly bridge you have to cross to reach the beach . Also ideal only if you have your own transport though there are autos in front of hotel

Just wanted to share my experience at Sterling Private Beach. The beach itself was pretty bad because of a drain line there, which was disappointing. The interior of the room wasn’t very attractive and honestly not too good. On a positive note, the food was actually quite good. Overall, a mixed experience.

I’d like to share my honest feedback on my recent stay at Sterling Puri, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. The *food quality* was quite average, despite being priced significantly high. I wouldn’t mind paying more for exceptional quality, but in this case, the experience did not justify the cost. The room had a *mosquito* problem, and the repellent provided was ineffective, making the stay uncomfortable. The *bed and pillows lacked comfort*, impacting the overall rest and sleep experience. Most disappointing was the *resort entrance*, which was muddy, broken, and unsafe to walk on — particularly inconvenient and unwelcoming for guests. I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and work on improvements, as the location has potential but needs better upkeep and guest experience.
