HOTEL SAGAR KANYA INN ,100mtrs from Sea Beach

Room was not cleaned and wet floor, so not upto the mark. Please do proper cleaning and bathroom not upto mark. Wet floor and cleaning not upto mark

The hotel is good. But you compare it with the price. The hotel is not so good.

The final day of our stay we couldn't sleep because of a lot of noise from the floor above. We went down and made the complaint to the watchman at 3. 00 am and there was no one apart from him at the reception desk on 30th december. While we appreciate a gentle reminder call for breakfast or check out, but the reminder calls at the place was too frequent than usual. First a room was given that was not up to the mark later on it was changed, room service was good but the bedsheets provided were torn most of the times

Location is ok but poorly managed. The staff is unprofessional. Service is horrible. Cleanliness is hopeless. The fair value should be 1500 - 2000 maximum. The property is poorly managed. Staffs are mostly good and helpful except 2-3 person, but rather than that the owner of the place doesn't even bother about your comfort or problems, as if he is the boss of that place and he don't care of others, we stayed there for 3 days and entire 3 days lift is not working and more over he has upgraded our room to third floor, and make my 80 years old father walk through stairs, food is also below average

Terrible hotel experience dirty room and linen and small room my wife get food poisoning after eating food from there restaurant. Makemytrip should return my money

Balcony view rooms are clean & ok. The ac was initially not cooling sufficiently due to choked air filters. Room service is prompt but room rent is high w. R. T the facilities. Roof-top swimming pool is nice but only 4ft deep

The hotel provided dirty pillows and bed sheet and did not changed after request of 3 times. We had to sleep with the same dirty pillow and had to buy pillow from outside.

Location is very good, lack of options in the morning breakfast, dinner was good( variety was available) which was provided as complementary to room tariff, i did not find hygiene in my room, my birth room was dirty, the sprinklers handle was broken. Not having hot and clod water in the wash basin. I did not noticed any covid protocol followed by hotel.

it was horrible experience. Bathroom was no clean. Room not upto the mark. No swimming pool which was shown in picture. Only small pool was there in terrace. It was congested hotel.
