Hotel Q Saina Aarokan Heights - Pure Veg

Hotel is at a very prime location near lighthouse. Excellent room and service. Food is also tasty. I am always very choosy while it comes to hotel and u can trust this property blindly.

The rooms were very comfortable. It really felt like home and all the staff member were cooperative and the food was excellent.

The room is very good, clean and good room but the room service is not very good, if you want something, it is a little late.

The hotel is OK, the location is good, although the see is not very visible form the lower floors, they are not very oragnized, wifi don't work most of the time, the key cards system is a mess, the front office is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also decent, I will recommand this hotel, but they need to be more organized.

Nice property, Budget friendly, Good food. Very close to the beach, nice views from balcony and the staff is very attentive and helpful.

Overall good experience,, however gyser didn't work. Fridge didn't work. price are bit high as per the hotel.

There was a great experience of hospitality and very good cooperative staff. All amenities are good.

Unclean room provided, swimming pool was not clear, Ac was not working properly, staff were inattentive.

The staff was very good ... but the bed sheets and towels need to be changed because there is some permanent stain on them... I asked for a full plate in the restaurant so the staff told me to have breakfast and I have half a plate The staff was very good...but the restaurant staff was using misbehave...

Stay was fabulous rooms are awesome and cozy. Will surely go for next time

The Rooms are excellent just like a 4/5 star hotels and the biggest USP is the veg foods available at the hotel. The location too is excellent very near the sea. Everything is good about this hotel.

The staff was very much rude the lady at the counter was so rude she didnt respect the elders and tourists also .food is really pathetic no taste nd all they dont obey their guests overall experience is worst

We family of 3 stayed in Q Saina for 2 nights on 29th March We had an excellent and memorable and comfortable stay here service, comfort , room space balcony fresh room with hair dryer refrigerator locker laundry bag made our stay very comfortable. we enjoyed a lot in rooftop small pool . location wise good opposite to Coco palm resort near light house less than 2 min walkable distance from marine drive road. We stayed in Sea view front room in second floor with balcony lift is there front desk is prompt and very helpful They decorated our room to celebrate sons birthday and we loved the decoration and arrangements Thank you Q Saina will be back again ! I would say this property is just above average and touched 'good'. The location is good near the beach. cleanliness can be much better. I don't understand when you call room service they only clean rooms not the balcony but why? phone in the room is broken. Overall with slight improvements this can be a good property to stay but definitely they need to improve. Food is good (please note this is a pure veg property).

Good hotel with excellent location. The food available is pure veg including Jain food. The hotel is near by sea beach of Puri . The bike and cab rental shops are available near by the hotel.
