Services are horrible. Nobody bothered to reach out to me for 4 days and on the final day of check out, someone by saying that we need to check out by 8 am. Didn’t have the courtesy to replace towels etc

This hotel stay is terrible in my life. First time I faced a pathetic situation by opting this hotel This hotel do not have any restaurant, but they are claiming food amount ( breakfast) while booking. They do not have any room service facility. Cleaning services is horrible. I stayed there 3 nights, but only one towel provided for 3 days for 3 Adults. Not a single day they cleaned our room. Location wise far from Puri Swargadar Beach. 150 rs. Autofare one-way from this hotel. Nearby no decent resturant is available. I don't recommend any tourist to book this hotel. They are totally fraud. Also request Make My Trip higher management to remove this hotel from their list.

I stayed here recently and the experience was not great. The room had basic facilities and even a bathtub, which was fine, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. The food was the first letdown. Breakfast was not prepared in the hotel; it looked like they just bought it from outside. To make it worse, it was served in a polythene and disposable plates instead of proper hotel cutlery. The food was oily and did not feel fresh at all. The bigger problem we faced was at night. A monkey managed to enter our room because the window latch was broken. This created a lot of chaos and fear. When we called the reception for help, they were not serious about it. Nobody came up immediately, and one of us had to keep holding the window shut for a long time so that the monkey wouldn’t get back in. I had to go down myself to call someone to the room. The staff member who came saw the issue and said they would do something, but nothing was done. When I called again, nobody picked up, and later I even saw the staff sleeping. Despite repeatedly asking, they refused to change our room immediately and kept saying it would be done in the morning. Only after insisting strongly did we get some response. Overall, this left us feeling unsafe and neglected as guests. A working window latch and better staff response could have avoided all this trouble. summary: Room was okay, but food was poor and served badly. Serious safety issue with monkeys entering due to broken window latch. Staff response was slow and very casual, which made things worse. I would suggest the hotel management to take food, safety, and complaint handling more seriously. Right now, I cannot recommend this place.

The rooms were not clean, the bed and pillow covers were very dirty. Hot water for taking bath was not working. No security guard at Hotel. Very poor management. No value for money. Kindly avoid booking Super collection O sea beach.
