The hotel is an outdated and poorly maintained property. Broken door, dirty bed sheets, not cleaned bathroom. The air conditioning was faulty, the technical staff appeared incompetent, and the front desk was manned by unprofessional individuals. The restaurant service was handled by untrained personnel. The front desk staff were like in office, zero urgency, and not a trace of courtesy in sight. My entire stay was thoroughly unpleasant.

Pros : 1) Near from sea beach. 2) Comfortable & Hygienic 3) All essential things is available 4) Swiming Pool Cons : 1) It is near Light House, means, far from Swarga dwar, Beach Market, Temple 2) Food is very costly. And there is not enough hotels for buying food. And also outside foor is not permissible for enter.

It was overall a pleasant stay at the property. Location good (at the present day not even a remote place), cleaning and hygiene maintenance excellent, staff behaviour very good, food quality good. Although, a non sea view room its quite spacious having amenities. Swimming pool - pool bottom although rough and needs maintenance but the water is clean and well maintained.

Terrible Stay

Horrible experience in NRS royal palace..we have to stay mandatorily for 3 days as there wont be any refund. The room was damp. The AC has to be kept on for 24 hours at a temperature of 22 degrees or else the entire room would be flooded by water. We had also opted for a complimentary breakfast but the food quality was not worth it. It would have been better if we had not opted for the breakfast. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Royal Stay at Royal Palace -overall a good stay experience, best location

Excellent location, bed size is not for adult. During check-in, bathroom exhaust was not working it was rellaced after 2 days of follow ups.

Stay was good overall. The rooms are spacious, ac must to formation of vapour on the floors. We reached during the durga puja(dussehra), that day's buffet dinner was not up to the mark. Next day onwards it was good. Ideally based on the room conditions and amenities, it should be 3 star hotel. Felt bit overpriced
