Enjoyable Stay at NRSRoyal palace

Overall experience was positive. The biggest plus is the excellent location—right on the beach—which makes the stay very pleasant. The support staff were very friendly, helpful, and prompt in responding to requests. The only area for improvement is the reception team. They were not rude and did help with requests, but came across as slightly high-handed and could be more warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a good stay and is recommended mainly for the location and the helpful support staff.

The property indeed gives a royal palace like feeling, whether it be the outer design of the building, the balconies, the mirror, the rooms everything has a royal touch. The most amazing part of staying here is the ocean view, you feel yourself close to nature with eye soothing view. I feel the maintenance and housekeeping could have been better otherwise it was a great stay there with my family.

The location is excellent; the sea-facing room requested was provided. The spacious balcony with a sea view is highly appreciated. Furthermore, the NRS ROYAL PALACE is situated in close proximity to the Jagannath Temple. While the food quality is commendable, the air conditioning in one of the rooms is not functioning correctly, leading to an 'average' rating for the amenities.

The location is good..the NRS ROYAL PALACE offers parking options right in front of the premises, the newly renovated room with sea view is simply outstanding but the non renovated ones needs a little more maintenance. The breakfast buffet was a decent spread and had all options suitable for all age groups and food choices. The balcony is a major plus point.

I had a good stay overall. Food was awesome, but the room needs high maintenance. Rooms need to be furnished as soon as possible. The partition which separates the toilet and the shower area was very dirty. Staff behavior was very good, and the location was best. Overall, it was a nice experience.
