Sea View Resort Apartment 100m From Puri Beach

Comfort and perfect as homely staying, tariff was also very reasonable as per location, had good hospitality. It's a better place for a big family or a large group members. Fooding has to arrange from outside. As a whole enjoyed nicely.

Spacious room with all amenities one can expect in a homestay with a quite atmosphere. Helpful and humble staff. Specially Mr. Bhabani.

Room service was worst.... Owner of the room denied to clean the Room for both the days apart from this, Sound of Construction From the side Room was Annoying and Disturbing for this also owner did not helped to shore the noise 😡😡😡😡😡

I had the best experience with the property. It is present inside the Blue Lilly resort having access to all the amenities of the resort with some minimal price. It is just 100 mts away from the beach. The property gives all the luxury without any disturbances. Gas connection and utensils are also provided in the room if u want to cook for urself.

In bathroom utensils are not proper cleaned, water taps not working properly, reach to our rooms are remote in reach. Kitchen utensils are also of poor quality. Fan regulators not working properly. The hotlier is a fraud. He was not there at the property location. I was not able to check in at all. The hotlier did not responded to my calls, not did he responded to mmt. When i asked for the refund the hotlier cheated on me and mmt is only a postman. Never go with mmt. I will raise this issue to senior officials and appeal to everyone to not choose mmt ever because mmt is not trustworthy

Lovely place. Value for money. The location was also nice. Very near the beach. Swimming pool is good. Rooms are comfortable.

Room services not available otherwise it's good stay near the beach. Caretaker was well mannered but contacts only on phone. No restaurant available at hotel during stay.

I stayed here for 4 stays booked two rooms. This was a perfect home stay with all the amenities that provide a good hotel and, at the same time, freedom and economy of homestay . This propperty (beach resort) has hotel rooms as well as home stay apartments. My experience at the apartment had been very good, and I believe this may be one of the best apartments in Puri. Fully recommended for the homestay and apartment lovers. Ambiance is also good . Since this is located near to new golden Beach , so the beach is just a walking distance. Transport , also is easily available from here. in short 10 out of 10

Oh h this is very mixed filling while update this feedback about this home stay at blue lily hotel. First of all this hotel is in very isolated place. Madir is almost 4 km away from this hotel. Swimming pool is charge able will cost rs 50- and more over hotel owen will not provide you any bill with gst. Rs 250 will cost one side via auto to reach mandir, golden beach or main market is 3 km away from this hotel. Room is big, basic amenities are their in this hotel. For me its okk hotel. Please all everything before booking this hotel.

Long walk from lift to room, so don't take elderly people. Caretaker will tell you that, room cleaning is chargeable, usage of swimming pool is chargeable. You will not feel welcomed.

Homestay is far from main location. Entry to the homestay is more than 200mtrs from the road. Room is built 8yrs back so average condition. Not worth. Pool is chargeable. Room cleaning is chargeable.
