Hotel New Rockbay

The stay was very good...the behaviour of the staffs (from security to reception staffs) was very good..Had a wonderful stay there..the pool,room service and other hotel amenities was very good

Amenities are excellent, services are also excellent particularly the SPA service, but the quality of foods need to be improved particularly the quality of breakfast.

Location is excellent.Near to Railway Station and beach also. Food in the hotel restaurant is excellent. Swimming pool maintenance is awesome.

Hotel is good cleanliness services are very slow why the way every immunity is provided swimming pool has dust in it and price is very high

Restaurant facilities are good. Mr Jena is humble and polite. However little disappointed with reception guy, if I remember correctly his name Mr Bikas.... he needs little more to learn..... rest is good it is a good hotel to stay .... food is also great.....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel during my trip to puri, and i must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to mr. Vikas, who truly stood out with his exceptional hospitality and dedication. Mr. Vikas made sure that every aspect of our stay, from the food quality to the room arrangements, was top-notch. The meals were delicious, with special attention given to both variety and freshness. What truly impressed me was how he took extra care of the elderly members of our group. He personally ensured they were comfortable, making special arrangements to cater to their needs, which made the trip even more enjoyable for all of us. The entire staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. If you're looking for a stay in puri that combines excellent service with a personal touch, i highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to mr. Vikas and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

Hotel is ok for short stay. Room is ok, beach is 200m and temple is 3 kms. But no laundry service available. Hotel is on main street, not in narrow lane, like most of hotels in puri.

Pros: 1. Spacious room 2. Clean washroom 3. Swimming pool cons: 1. Lift was not working 2. The swimming pool was not clean 3. Slow service. They took a minimum of 30 minutes to serve tea or coffee, even a bottle of water. 4. The bed sheet was dirty and they didn't change even after requesting multiple times. They need to improve the overall services.

Pros - the hotel room was quite spacious and well maintained. The lights were good, along with bathroom fittings. The cleanliness was also well maintained. The room also had a mini fridge. Cons - the quality of food can be improved as none of the meals had salt in it. The service time is way too long, during the breakfast we had to wait more than 45 minutes to get a plain order of bread-omelette and puri-sabji. Even when they served, butter was missing in the plate, and sugar was missing in the coffee. Room service can be improved, since they were unable to provide 3 pillows in a triple occupancy room.

The service wasn't good at all. Nobody took the complain seriously. Food was good but very slow service.

Bathroom was clogged and bed sheets were stained

We checked in around 3pm due to late arrival of train. But we found rooms are not ready, we need to remind for small things like water, soap, coffee pouch etc. Location of the property is good & other services are also at par.

I have booked for my parents, they don't know much about technology, just using few applications first they created issues while check-in. They didn't order anything from the hotel restaurant but they gave a bill during checkout time. They are totally unprofessional, i have booked for one night only they check-in late and check-out early even though their behaviour not good. Hope make my trip take some action.

My booking had been almost cancel-led by makemytrip while i reached the hotel in evening. While my wife was not well. The emergency observed by hotel representative ms. Mousmi and mr madhav and put strong effort for booking confirmation and arranged the 2 rooms for us within 45 mint. Me and my family highly appreciated and thankful to the ms mousmi for putting such effort in medical emergency. The hotel location and the rooms are excellent with their service.

Room was not properly cleaned, and was not ready during check in. During two day stay room was not cleaned during stay.

Reception staff behaviour is not good and room not clear properly, bath kit dental kit not provided electric cattle not clean fan regulator broken, room not clean daily basis

Hotel is good but they are unable to provide breakfast on time. Nothing was ready for breakfast till 9. 30am, so taking a complimentary breakfast and paying them is totally a waste of money for the traveller's.
