The service was very poor. We had booked room for three people where one matress was needed. They didn't provide till night and when we called after 3-4 calls they have given extra pillow and quilt. Same happened when we order water bottle in our room. They didn't provide. Even the rooms were smelling stinky. We have to request them to spray room freshner 4-5 times even the smell not gone.If you want a smooth tour then kindly don't book this hotel other wise you will get a headache.

Restaurant facilities are good. Mr Jena is humble and polite. However little disappointed with reception guy, if I remember correctly his name Mr Bikas.... he needs little more to learn..... rest is good it is a good hotel to stay .... food is also great.....

Hotel is ok for short stay. Room is ok, beach is 200m and temple is 3 kms. But no laundry service available. Hotel is on main street, not in narrow lane, like most of hotels in puri.

They took a minimum of 30 minutes to serve tea or coffee, even a bottle of water. 4. The bed sheet was dirty and they didn't change even after requesting multiple times. They need to improve the overall services.

Pros - the hotel room was quite spacious and well maintained. The lights were good, along with bathroom fittings. The cleanliness was also well maintained. The room also had a mini fridge. Cons - the quality of food can be improved as none of the meals had salt in it. The service time is way too long, during the breakfast we had to wait more than 45 minutes to get a plain order of bread-omelette and puri-sabji. Even when they served, butter was missing in the plate, and sugar was missing in the coffee. Room service can be improved, since they were unable to provide 3 pillows in a triple occupancy room.

I have booked for my parents, they don't know much about technology, just using few applications first they created issues while check-in. They didn't order anything from the hotel restaurant but they gave a bill during checkout time. They are totally unprofessional, i have booked for one night only they check-in late and check-out early even though their behaviour not good. Hope make my trip take some action.

familyMy booking had been almost cancel-led by makemytrip while i reached the hotel in evening. While my wife was not well. The emergency observed by hotel representative ms. Mousmi and mr madhav and put strong effort for booking confirmation and arranged the 2 rooms for us within 45 mint. Me and my family highly appreciated and thankful to the ms mousmi for putting such effort in medical emergency. The hotel location and the rooms are excellent with their service.
