Hotel New Rockbay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Hotel New Rockbay during my trip to puri, and i must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to mr. Vikas, who truly stood out with his exceptional hospitality and dedication. Mr. Vikas made sure that every aspect of our stay, from the food quality to the room arrangements, was top-notch. The meals were delicious, with special attention given to both variety and freshness. What truly impressed me was how he took extra care of the elderly members of our group. He personally ensured they were comfortable, making special arrangements to cater to their needs, which made the trip even more enjoyable for all of us. The entire staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the Hotel New Rockbay was peaceful and welcoming. If you're looking for a stay in puri that combines excellent service with a personal touch, i highly recommend this Hotel New Rockbay. Thanks to mr. Vikas and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

My booking had been almost cancel-led by makemytrip while i reached the Hotel New Rockbay in evening. While my wife was not well. The emergency observed by Hotel New Rockbay representative ms. Mousmi and mr madhav and put strong effort for booking confirmation and arranged the 2 rooms for us within 45 mint. Me and my family highly appreciated and thankful to the ms mousmi for putting such effort in medical emergency. The Hotel New Rockbay location and the rooms are excellent with their service.

Restaurant facilities are good. Mr Jena is humble and polite. However little disappointed with reception guy, if I remember correctly his name Mr Bikas.... he needs little more to learn..... rest is good it is a good Hotel New Rockbay to stay .... food is also great.....

Hotel is good but they are unable to provide breakfast on time. Nothing was ready for breakfast till 9. 30am, so taking a complimentary breakfast and paying them is totally a waste of money for the traveller's.

we stayed here for 2 nights and 1 day . Loved our visit at the Hotel New Rockbay and the main attraction for us was the swimming pool. Beautiful pool and the pool side

Location is excellent.Near to Railway Station and beach also. Food in the Hotel New Rockbay restaurant is excellent. Swimming pool maintenance is awesome.

Hotel is good cleanliness services are very slow why the way every immunity is provided swimming pool has dust in it and price is very high

Amenities are excellent, services are also excellent particularly the SPA service, but the quality of foods need to be improved particularly the quality of breakfast.
