good place to stay, I booked a non AC room for 2 days , the location is near Niladri sea beach and room are good. but in evening time do not go alone of you are female or either group because near a shop available where group of boys are gathering also.but in day time it's ok. or food is available on delivery.

Very bad experience, we have booked room in map plan they provide only poori bhaji in breakfast when we ask for anything else they saying all r charagable basis apart from this anything required, in dinner there no buffet they provide thali (limited)that also veg when we ask for non veg items they saying charagble then we order chicken curry on ala carte basis. Service also very bad we ask for water bottle in room 5 time's then they provide after 1 hours, very bad experience. I not recommend this 3rd class hotel to my any of my family or friends circle.

We didn't have any problem. Stay was pleasant. Clean room and bathroom. Ac was working well. Cooperative staff.

Hotel room is ok but service is not hotel type just like ludge no badsheet change, no drinking water supply and restaurant is bad quality food and service. No chair for sitting

Staff behavior was good and receptionist was polite. Room was clean. Mosquitos were there but hotel provided repellent which helped a lot. Hotel called me in morning for my arrival time as i checked-in late all things were ready at the time i reached there.

Room facilities not good, ijace change my room in midnight because of mosquito 🦟

The ac is not functioning at the room and the room is so warmy.

Wifi and washroom were not good. Generator not s started on time. Had to repeatedly followup for drinkingwater. Had to follow up for linen change. Overall experience not good

D 2 holiday inn, puri has been one of the worst experience so far as the rooms displayedis a complete mismatch. The rooms were initially provided in their another hotel named moonlight which is a sub unit of this n the rooms were extremely dirty, unhygienic and had bad odor as well as dirty bedsheets, towels, etc. No proper services were rendered and had to be called number of times before check out or for drinking water. Room service was awful. Interior is in a bad condition and they kept on shifting us from one room to another. Thank you. No that's all

Tv not working, no geyser, door lock not available, bathroom lock is broken, sky light of bathroom is broken.

The facilities provided below standard. Tv was not working for all 4 days of stay. The bed size not sufficient for 3 people. Room cleaning not done properly. Door keys not provided. Opened every time by hotel for going into room

Hotel authority did not supply hotel room key, they had a master key to open all doors, not secure stay

Very bad service rooms are dirty. Bathrooms taps are not good lights of bathroom are not glowing. Overall very bad hotel

It was a horrified experience. Bathroom light not working. Room not cleaned. Cont pouring water from ac to balcony. Waiting for water to be given in room for hrs. Will not at all recommend to stay here
