okay so first I was a bit skeptical on whether to book with hotel or not however it was my best decision. pros:-beautiful property, good service tho a little late sometimes, we had asked for hot water and they gave EVERYTIME within, 15 mins, clicked our photos, guided us through our trip at the cheapest rates possible. cons:- the bathroom flush didn't work in one room, and in another room the bathroom light had a bit of loose connection. we managed however so lovely otherwise. would recommend

The manager was extremely helpful to senior citizens. He provided with quality contacts for can rental services, temple panda etc. The only issue is that the room service can be quite slow and unresponsive at times. Rest the stay totally worth it. Total value for money. Highly recommended within this budget if you are okay with a location slightly distant from the beach. Cheers :)

Hotel Santana service quality has deteriorated a lot. There was no security gaurd in mmain door. Three families were locked out because they reached late around 11 pm

The moment we entered the room, it was quite dirty. The bathroom is not clean at all even the toilet was clogged and also we already informed them that we will be going to the Jagannath temple at 10pm but they kept on saying that "no, you guys can go in the morning, if you go now we will close the hotel entrance" we already did inform them as at that time the temple is not really crowded but they were misbehaving with us (especially the tall guy that delivers the food in the room) + they took extra money from us for the kids meal whereas they didnt mention anywhere that it will be charged extra. Very bad service, hate it.

The hotel room was not clean, there were dust on the walls, the washroom was stinking all the time, there was no shower (🚿) in the washroom, the washroom lock was broken, also water was not clean, it tasted salty. The hotel shown in the video and the experience over there does not meet expectations.

Very Disappointing Stay at Hotel Santana Puri

I had a very bad experience at Hotel Santana Puri. No hot water facility was provided. They charged extra money unexpectedly. No breakfast was available until 9 AM, which is very inconvenient for travelers. Staff behavior was rude and unhelpful. No support staff was available when needed. The hotel does not have a lift, making it difficult for guests with luggage. Overall, very disappointing service. Definitely not recommended.
