Resort was good, clean and fresh. Room was also good but not much spacious also the bathroom that was also small..overall stay was good the only thing I would like to suggest is to add breakfast in morning if you are charging this much. Rest all were fine.

We had booked three rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Room 1: The AC stopped working, so we were moved to another room (Room X). There, the AC started leaking water into the room. Around 1 a.m., we were shifted yet again to Room Y, where the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. Room 2: The hand shower wasn’t working, and the room cleaning seemed rushed — empty bottles were left behind. Room 3: This room was fine. Overall, for the rates charged, we expected a higher standard of service and upkeep. Quite disappointed with the overall experience.

The rooms were good and the staff was well-behaved. However, we did not receive the Hi-Tea even after requesting it multiple times, despite it being included in our booking. Additionally, the restaurant staff needs to improve their behavior and communication with guests. Proper training on guest etiquette would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The cottage room and property is quite good, the beach access from the property adds the cherry on top. Only thing that was a bit turn off for me was the hotel staff will stand there after doing any small activities expecting a tip everytime. But overall a good experience.

It was a great experience, the location, ambience, quality of the food they served along with behaviour of the staffs were all too good and professional. Pros and Cons of Hotel Holiday Resort: PROs 1. On the sea beach 2. Clear view of the sea from the Family rooms (516) 3. Located in a peaceful area of the city. 4. Restaurant food is pretty good. 5. Rooms are clean and staffs are polite. 6. Generous with bottled water in the room. CONs 1. Horrible check out policy at 8:30 AM. Though they were kind enough to extend ours to 10:30 AM. If they seriously implement it then one has to leave without having breakfast. They should seriously look into the issue keeping in mind the arrival and departure time of the popular trains used by the majority of the tourists. 2. Family rooms though have 2 double beds is small for 4 persons. For two persons also the room is not comfortable as there are 2 dbl beds and consequently no space to move around. There are no provision for unpacking the suitcases. I strongly suggests that in some of 43 Family rooms be converted into Premium dbl bedrooms with one double bed and other necessary furniture w/o altering the room tariff for Family rooms. 3. At the time of check out, various departmental staffs crowd around you at various locations like Restaurant, lobby, Gate etc for TIPS. This practice is quite annoying.

Improvement required in front office as well as house keeping and room services.House keeping staff as well as room services were expecting tip everytime they deliver or clean the room.They need to be trained well as it is quite uncomfortable situation when everytime they come for some work.
