The experience was great good rooms and great hospitality. The staff especially was very nice and we had a good stay.

Excellent place for family stay. In the midst of greenery Swosti Premium is beautifully located. The service in the entrance ,front reception, restaurant and room service are excellent. Polite staff, enquiring about guest comfort gave the personal touch. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food at restaurant was exceptional and the chef and manager were extremely helpful. Had specially prepared Odia cuisine.Air conditioning was good and washroom very clean. Highly recommend this place for stay at Bhubaneswar. My stay at Swosti Premium, Bhubaneswar was a wonderful experience. The property is in midst of greenery and very conviniently located away from the hustle and bustle. The staff at entry, front reception, restaurant and room service were very courteous and professional. The food quality was very good and the chef and restaurant manager took special care in preparing a Odiya cuisine for dinner. The room was spacious, clean and very well maintained. Would recommend this place with enthusiasm.

The stay was overall comfortable, there were few initial glitches in the rooms provided which was promptly addressed. The staff is polite and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it overall, thanks to Swosti team 👍

Outside of the hotel good but inside the room was not spacious for family and bathroom was too narrow and not well equipped

Stayed here after a long time however the experience remains the same. Their staff is very courteous and always smiling. Food quality and taste is also good. Hotel surroundings are also peaceful and green.

Location of the property is very appropriate. Food was good but rates were a bit on the higher side. cleanliness and housekeeping was excellent. Air conditioning was top notch. Staff behaviour was excellent. Breakfast spread was good, but they can work on variation

It was our second time staying at the hotel and our experience fell short. Having had a great stay the first time, we thought we’d have a similar experience second time around too. However, the maintenance of rooms was certainly below average. In one room washroom, there were seepage issues with water dripping from the roof. In another room, there was a difference in level within the room floor which was a tripping hazard. There were also some bare nails at the point where two different levels met in the floor, which made walking barefoot a safety hazard. When we ordered room service, the server who came to our room to deliver food asked us to follow his youtube channel, which we felt was very unprofessional. Not so great experience this time.

In all aspects we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Stuff behaviour was really appreciating but food was too good.

The stay was good but, the swimming pool was dirty. Looked like not cleaned over months. For kids we thought to go but, then we saw big green frogs 🐸 swimming in pool. After seeing them kids got afraid and we also could not collect courage to wntwr inside pool. This is something first time in lifetime. They should work on this.

THIS TIME WE GET OLD ROOM AND THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM WAS WOST AND ROOM WINDOW ARE TO MUCH BLURY AND THEIR RESTAURANT HAVE TOO MANY FRUITFLYES AND HOUSEFLYES
