Hotel Bay inn is medium but room service is very poor.

I stayed there for 17 hours and opted for another hotel. It was budget hotel , hence I didnt have much expectation but I was terribly shocked at hotel management's behaviour. I reached puri at around 1 pm through Bande bharat from kolkata and called in hotels no. The guy took my phone has given the address. My Autowala and myself also couldnt locate the exact place after reaching the vicinity and hence I called another time to that person. Then I received such a terrible reply from the hotels part that I never experienced anywhere in India in any hotel. He said , I have texted u our address and will not give any single answer to u and u can cancel your booking . Such rude and illogical attitude was totally unexpected and for a moment I was bewildered that how can a hotel management behave like this. Anyway somehow I checked in. The hotel situated at last point of a narrow lane , where there is no concrete or pitch road. It was a kaccha road and after a small spell of downpour , one have to cross a water logged area to reach the hotel. It is better not to say anything more except one thing. I asked for wifi password in night and the hotel management said, ' recharge nehi kiya'. So one can understand how sweet was my experience 😥😥 . Next day morning I changed my hotel.

Average and good experience and everything was comfortable but can be done better

I find property location via Google Map. TV was not working condition. other is OK. They have no restuarant. But they give no of Food Delivery man. We ordered Fish Thali... Food was good. Foods of the hotel is not good. Service of the hotel is poor. Electricity connection is also not good. Bedsheet of the room is too much dirty its smelling bad. Hotel is too much outer from the golden beech.

no water. bathroom problem. bugs in the bed. please refund my money. no kitchen in the hotel

The hotel check-in and check-out process was smooth. Although there was a brief power outage at night lasting 30 minutes, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t significantly impact the overall experience.

At the time of reaching hotel accommodation there no receptionist two people played pubg taking too time for basic formalities

I was scammed and cheated by mm t and hotel management. I was not allowed to check-in saying can't stay 3 people( 2 female and 1 male) even mm t was also saying we can't help in this matter it's hotel rule. Also hotel management misbehaved and abused with my wife during the discussion on policy. Don't trust on these fraud hotels.

We couldn't stay here for a single day while we had booked it for 4 days. We will contact the agency because our experience is the bitterest. We plea to the agency for refund of our booking amount of at least 3 days. We had to hire another hotel for staying for the rest of the days. In fact this inn is unsuitable for family lodging.
