Location: Beach front but bit far from shops & market area. overall ok. Food: No Resturant and under construction. So you need to go far for food or order online. Amenities: Zero or no amenities. Not even Lift available at this moment as the building is under construction. Its too early to book and stay here. Even the stairs don't have the fence post 1st floor and its bit unsafe especially for kids n old age people. Services: Team at reception and housekeeping team are really good and supportive. But they've their own limitations as the property is under construction. We booked a sea facing room which cost us 7k but not worthy atall. As the lift is not available, fence at stairs not there ,so very risky for us and specially for our kid. Construction sounds are coming from top floor which is very irritating. So overall not recommended till d property is ready.

Just returned from the new hotel Eastern Dhaam in Puri. For anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, sea-view hotel within a mid-budget, this is undoubtedly the best choice.We booked one front sea-facing room and another with a side balcony sea view. From the front-facing room, the large window offered a stunning ocean view that instantly took away all the stress of our hectic city life. The staff was very polite and helpful, Especially Swarup – extremely polite, humble, and truly helpful. One small suggestion would be to open the restaurant as soon as possible, as we had to eat outside or order online during our stay. Apart from that, everything else about their service was excellent. We are already planning another trip to Puri very soon, and without a doubt, our stay will again be at Eastern Dhaam. Highly recommended! 🌊✨

Staffs are very good and maintained cleanliness. The sea view is awesome and easy accessible.

The property is located on Marine Drive directly facing the Sea. Service was awesome. Manager Swarup Pahari was excellent and helped a lot with information. Location is far from Hotspot but the area has a lot of Top & Luxury Hotel placed and upcoming . if you want to enjoy the beach weekend in a calm and serene place & avoid crowds ,it is much more suited to your needs. Pros: New Property with Full & Partial Sea view. Cons: It is not fully developed yet, No Kitchen till date and probably 6 months to finish. Service is also limited. Some room sizes are small but manageable

Room was small but ocean view room was very good .. This hotel doesn’t have dental kit , restaurant, no room service .. Only thing available is room that is also wuite expensive without any amenities. Room service needs to be improved . Bathroom size was very small .. room was clean ..but not worth the value

Excellent service

I book my stay for 4 days.. from the 1st day till the end, it was horrible.. On 1st day, they gave me too small room by saying that all rooms are booked.. we are left with that room only. We also requested the hotel to provide me that room which I paid for it, but they denied. Somehow we have to adjust in that room for 1 whole day. Then at the time of checkout, which was at 09:00 a.m. I requested them to extend my checkout time for 2 hours because our train was late for 4 hours but they asked for extra charges of half day. Meanwhile, on day 1, we adjusted for whole 1 day, then we didn't argued with them. Worst hospitality, rude behaviour. 1 star for hospitality
